Horrible customer service. I always check the box for silverware on my mobile orders and never get it. Not a big deal.. I asked for silverware today, and the associate looked at me as if I was causing him the world’s biggest inconvenience, and refused to talk to me. Rude and disrespectful. GARBAGE customer service. Don’t go here.

The teller charged my wife for the previous customer's meal as well as her own. The manager lied and said she wasn't charged, but, sure enough, it's on our credit card statement. Stay away!!

I am extremely disappointed about this restaurant. First of all the staffs admitted ruined my visit they very rude. Second of all my son is autistic so he likes his food hot when we got just beans and cheese it was ice cold. I asked a crew member for refund due to they had no way to heat the beans and cheese. Mind you my son never took a bite he refused because it was cold. I had a steak burrito and same thing ice cold it was like eating ice cubes I will never eat at this place again

The first two visits here were pretty rough. Inexperienced employees, poor customer service, and lack of menu items really detracted from the dine in. Not to mention that their parking lot is "backwards" and doesn't really go with the flow of the shopping center. However, last night, 01/23/24, we had a great meal with excellent service. My one complaint is that it is really expensive, but you get what you pay for, and this food is definitely a lot better for you than Taco Bell or Taco Time.

I have had noth8ng but a great experience here. Always have what I want, great size portions. Honestly anyone that put a one star sounds like they left out one grain of rice and they had to come here and complain about a brand new restraunt.
Parking: Parking is great, there parking is obviously separate then the other stores.

Whoever just made my sofritas burritos is an angel. This is the biggest burrito I have ever seen in my life and it’s so good. My pregnant self is SO happy.
The portions much smaller than they used to be!! I ordered bowls and it was over $30. Will not waste my money again.

Whoever owns this franchise needs to rehash their training. On everything. Employees. Food prep, consistency etc. The fajita veggies were raw not even cooked through. Our quesadilla wasn't even melted. They threw it on the grill then pulled it off 5 seconds later. Chicken over salted and burnt. The corn tortillas were freezer burnt. They sold us a USED juice box. Gloved Employee, who was preparing our food kept pulling his pants up and then not changing his gloves. They forgot our salsa... one too many things to just be "oh well" and shrug it off. I do not recommend this location at all.
