I went to pick up my order when my online order tracker said it was ready. I pulled up and the employee told me it was just about to come out of the oven. After waiting several minutes, he asked me to go around the drive through again so that they could assist the people behind me. I did. When I got up to the window again, they asked me to wait. I waited another 10 minutes and they asked me to circle around again. At this point I had been waiting about 20 minutes. I had to get back home and could not wait so I ended up having to cancel my order. Clearly my pizza was not about to come out of the oven. It had been over an hour since I placed my order that was supposed to be ready in 19 minutes. I could be more understanding if they were running behind if they hadn't lied and said it was about to be taken out of the oven. I will not be ordering from this location again. Ended up going to Little Ceasars and picking up a hot and ready pizza for half the price and my son loved it!

Went through drive thru and got told 25 more minutes and we waited then got told to pull around the front to wait because it would 5 more minutes.. 25 minutes pass by and decide to go in to ask where is our order was and they just pulled it out of the warmer when they said they would bring it out in about 5 minutes… horrible service. Nobody knows how to talk to a customer.

I used a coupon & got a pretty decent deal. Pizza was good but the dessert (cinnamon twists) wasn't so much- I think it was overcooked ?

This is our favorite place to get pizza! However we did try to order something new for us tonight.. we got the chicken carbonara.. but when we got home we discovered that they had forgot to add the chicken to the chicken carbonara. This was extremely upsetting. But we will still show up for the delicious pizza!

The other night I tried to place an order that would be delivered to my work.I couldn't get the online order option to work so I called my order in. Every thing seemed fine until my order didn't show up. I waited 15 mins then called them. Even tho I had called the same number as before & pressed option 0 like before this time I was routed to the local store. I was told that my order had been delivered to an other address & I felt like I was being told it was because I called it into the call center & it was an out of the country service that didn't speak English as their first language. I am not sure how to keep from doing that I. The future since it's the same number. Amy way they said they would get my order right out! & they did! With one exception. O e of the pizzas was a cold pepperoni, bacon & olive pizza instead of the pepperoni mushroom pizza I had ordered.I wasn't able to waste any more time calling again to complain & we were hungry so we ate it.
Apparently the tracker doesn’t mean squat. Tracker told me order was ready and they hadn’t even put it in the oven when I got there

Asked for extra sauce but got minimal. Toppings quantities were also minimal. Dried mushrooms and onions instead of fresh.

Food is almost always wrong somehow or poorly made. Burnt food, no care when being made. Never cut the pieces and have to tear the pizza apart or recut it. Just not worth the money.
