It has been my experience that the food is of good quality. Getting the order right is a whole nother subject. The language barrier is belive is the issue. I even went inside so that I didn't have to try to communicate with them through the speaker system. And they still got it wrong. And this is not the first time.

Their crunchy tacos are amazing. I crave them constantly. They also have very tasty horchata. I always order on doordash and I get my food to my door within 10 mins. Very speedy even on a very large order. Thank you!

I would suggest you go back to having plain shredded beef option. I dont like the stewed shredded beef in onions, peppers, and tomatos, etc. I may have to stop coming here, and this has been a go to spot for since moved here. I thought the first time I got it it was a mistake but then got the same again when asking for shredded beef a second time, and you workers have always been super friendly....😬

Fast, efficient, accurate, and the food is delicious! If you are looking for really good Mexican food, give ElRey's the opportunity to serve you. They're haven't disappointed me yet. It's a small corner lot, with a small outdoor dining area. The parking isn't the greatest, but that's not their fault. They're working with what they've got, and what they're doing keeps bringing lots of folks back time and time again. The drive-thru is always an option; call ahead and pick it up at their window. It's very easy to enter and exit via the drive-thru. If you're a long-time local, you know that corner lot has seen a lot of restaurants come and go over the years, but this is the first one in quite a while that I've heard so much positive feedback about. I hope they're here for the long haul.
