They are absolute ballers.
Always kind, and also my mom's car overheated in the middle of the dang drive-thru today and the engine wouldn't turn back on after failing. A whole handful of employees came out and did everything they could to help while my mom and I were clueless given the new and unfamiliar car type. They didn't give up until the car was safely in the parking lot.
I know it was important to get the car out of the way regardless, but it definitely restored some of my faith in humanity.
Working in fast food for minimum wage is not fun or easy, but not once has anyone here ever seemed impatient or rude.
It's a welcome experience given I'm new to the area and it's been hard, partly because a lot of folks don't seem very open to someone who looks like me and is part of my demographics.

Been awhile since I've been there, I realized why when I received my meal. What a small burger, they've definitely changed the size, however I was moderately full when I left, I did have a refill of soda. It might be awhile before I go back.

You might want to check your coffee machine or reteach employees how to make it. It tasted like someone put 10x the amount of coffee grounds in it.🤮 The food and service was warm and good though.

Ordered French toast sticks. The sign showed the price as $5.79!for 6. I was charged $6.49. When I pointed out the price discrepancy the cashier told me she would tell the manager when they got in. Not an apology - nothing. If you eat here check your receipts to make sure you too don't get charged a price different than what is displayed. I thought pricing is supposed to be transparent. Will not be back.

Clean Jack in the Box. Good tasting food, Pleasant service. Comfortable, not crowded.
Its always a treat to eat Jack in the box you can never go wrong grabbing a bite to eat for breakfast lunch or dinner stop in for fresh tasty treats and eats.!! Thank you Jack in the Box!!

I will never eat there again. Went there today. Got a sourdough, Jack, 2 tacos, which are 2 bucks and I value size Coke over 12 bucks, so I'll just go across the street to Burger King. That's better food and less expensive

My previous review from years ago wasn't the best so I wanted to leave a more current review. My Husband and I have both worked in Fast food so we know firsthand how much work it takes and how little Appreciation and Positive Recognition you get. Your night shift has been Great! I only go through drive so I apologize for not knowing names but Erin who I believe is one of the Managers is always Friendly, Professional and excels at Customer service. The food is fresh, hot and our orders come out quick. We haven't had any sort of issues in years. The other Employees are always Friendly, Helpful and Professional. My Family and I really Appreciate all your hard work. Thank you for all you do! - Melissa (the one who orders the soda water 😉) and Family
