I went to get some dinner a few weeks or so ago and got the worst service ever. I had ordered the going promo at the time which I believe was called the Cubes munchie meal. Well I got told that they were out of boxes so I would have to pay for everything separately which cost a lot more then the boxed meal. The service was subpar and has been for a long time. I work in customer service and I go out of my way to make customers happy even when i have a bad day. Why can't they?

I normally don’t complain because I get stuff happens but I guess this was done on a bad day. what happened when my dad and I came in was absolutely ridiculous. We came in around 11:20-11:25am on Saturday may 18th so I’m sure it won’t be hard to figure out who was working. We did not get any service at all other than the fryer girl and the drive through girl just starring at us. And then the fryer girl I guess felt awkward with just standing there and not wanting to try to help us so she went to the office and got on her personal phone. We waited atleast 5 minutes and then we finally left. This store has always been bad and its clearly not getting any better. The fryer and drive through GIRLS need to be taught again about customer service or I’m sure they can find other jobs where their horrible attitude does good.
Would be nice to come in and not have the music so loud!! I stop by every Sunday and it’s always playing really too loud. The service is a hit and miss depending on the staff. Jack in the box in lebanon and corvallis has taken a turn the past 7 years and it’s not a good sign.

If these employees were any slower they would be considered catatonic. Absolutely ridiculous with no one in lobby and I'm the only car in the drive through.

Do better all fast food stores. You have doubled in price and have cut so many corners your products are borderline disgusting. Aim higher and put out a decent product you're getting paid plenty for your product make it better

Except online orders and deals. I know you don't have to as a franchise but you can as a decent human being since a person owns this restaurant not the corporation because the corporation has to accept online deals and ordering also I almost shipped my pants laughing what you want for a spicy chicken sandwich it's almost more economical for me to drive to a different Jack-in-the-Box that's corporate I have to come here all the time in the middle of the night because I live close by and I work late nights and I haven't talked to a single employee that's Happy you want to support a local business this is the opposite they literally or sucking the money out of the area and destroying please stop going here so maybe it'll go out of business and something good will show up they're using downtown Portland pricing
