If you are in Lebanon you have to try Michelle’s kolaches! We are from Eugene and would drive up to Lebanon just for these! We tried the sweet kolachis; cream cheese, blueberry, strawberry, and apple still warm from the oven. So delicious and buttery. Not too sweet but just perfect. Thank you Michelle for taking my daughter and I into the kitchen to see your gem bakery too!
This bakery is an absolute gem! The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about their work. The pastries are outstanding, with both sweet and savory options to satisfy any craving. If you're looking for something specific, it may be a good idea to call ahead, they also seemed to be able to prepare items quickly, if your nor in a rush like I was. Hidden gem in Lebanon! One of my go-to spots for a quick breakfast bite. Friendly staff and delicious food ata great price. They are always so welcoming and take you right back into their kitchen to show you what they have in stock. Highly recommend!
