We went to spend a birthday there and paid 40. Dollars and got shut off after 1game and half of other. Food was like fast food!!! Staff was not great. The only friendly one was the bartender. Trash cans was over flowing ask for someone to empty it and nothing happened. We will not go back.

I’ve been there many times never had a problem but this last time I went was awe full. They screwed up my reservation for a birthday. I didn’t catch her name but the blonde was the worse. The manager was nice he tried to help along with another girl. The blonde did not care.the blonde has flat out rude and disrespectful. When I tried to report the behavior to the manger. The girl that was trying to help me turn around and told the manger that they was yelling they was disrespectful they was rude. I said what whatever and walked away. I was the only one talking the rest of my family wasn’t even talking to them but to me and the other family members. All it was,was a big misunderstanding. But they shouldn’t ever have treated a customer so badly. The manger tried to help clear it up but that blonde didn’t care at all.

Their shop is horrible at keeping appointments drilling bowling balls. 2pm appointment and still hadnt shown up at 230pm. Took business elsewhere. Highland Bowl got us in same day.. Highly suggest that you go elsewhere...

Absolutely terrible service at the food counter. Asked for the status on food and got a hot headed teenager telling me to stay away from the counter because his gf was working. Never even got the food I paid for. Was too disgusted with the service and left. I had 9 other people with me who saw the whole situation and agree it came out of nowhere.
I'll never go here again.
