The customer service here is great and the pizza is delicious. I highly recommend the deep dish! Nathan is the lead and is very friendly and professional. We love our visits to little caesars!

I don’t usually eat fast food, but my grandson wanted pizza and told me that this was a good place to go. So, we stopped and picked up a pizza. To my surprise, it was actually delicious and freshly baked. The young men working there were very polite and quick with our order.

I ordered pizza from the lebanon store my delivery order was short of items one was the m&m cookie brownies price 4.89 dollars I called customer service to put in a complaint and ask how this will be handle ...we will refund 15% of item that I didn't get !

I ordered online 20min before I got there. Had to knock on the drive through window to get service. They tell me my order isn’t ready yet and shut the window. She comes back later, says it’s still not ready, offers me a brownie, and says they dropped my crazy bites and had to remake them, I say cool fine no problem…. Then she shuts the window and comes back, after more waiting she tries to hand me an incomplete order and pull me around front. I politely decline and wait even longer. Then, I finally get my complete order and get home with my food and, well, see for yourself. You tell me if that’s acceptable.

One star because there is no zero option!! I called to order a pizza a guy answered and said they don’t take orders by phone so I walked in there a lady was helping another customer, she was very polite and friendly with him but when it was my turn, she was disrespectful by just giving me a weird look probably because I’m a female or because I’m not the same race as the other customer. No hi when I walk in, no bye when I walk out or any other kind words as they speak for the other customers who were there before and after me. Now lest talk about the pizza, I ordered stuff crust, the size of the pizza was small and poor portions of everything not to mention they make me wait longer than usual because they were doing something else. I’ve been buying the same type of pizza at different locations and have never seeing anything like this in other little Caesars locations. Just horrible!

Ordered 5 pizzas. Total was $59.95. Went to pay with a $100 bill and would not except. On a $60 BILL....Absolutely ridiculous. Ended up not buying the pizza. We'll spend our money elsewhere.

What has happened to people's customer service skills?? I called to order a pizza and the phone just rang & rang.. finally someone picked the phone up and then hung the phone up on me!!! Not once not twice but 5 times!!! Customer's who call, drive up,walk in or order on line are still YOUR customer's!! I have been a customer for over 20 year's but I will not be back!! Your unprofessional customer service is completely unacceptable and extremely RUDE!!!
