This was the worst food ever for $40.00+. The shrimp? egg roll was filled with greasy, mushy stuff. The egg drop soup had some sort of ?meat/sausage? in it. The rice was about as bland as nothing, and the bbq pork looked and tasted like it had been reheated a bunch of times. Chicken almond chow mein should have been called salty loads of celery with some chicken chunks and almond slices and soggy chow mein noodles in it. Sweet and Sour pork was either old or so over done you could not even penetrate it with your fork. The fried shrimp were 95% greasy batter, and the shrimp still had dark brown veins showing. Even the saltine crackers were stale. At $18.00 a plate plus 1 dr pepper, it was a huge waste of money. I took some of the food home, should not have because I did not eat it. I would have thrown it out for the wild critters, but they would have thrown it back. I honestly do not know how people get food there and say it is good. This place really needs to be shut down by the health inspector. Plus it did not help to look up towards where I think the kitchen was and see an Asian man just standing in the hall way just staring. Waiting for the next food victim I guess. Stay away from this restaurant-save your money and your stomach

I've ate here for 25+ years (formerly Bings). I ordered some lunch to go and the chicken was so dry and hard that i could not bite through it. I took it back and asked him if they could remake it. Staff was rude and I found a note stuffed in the box that read... "Notice: our food is cooked like that for many years. If you don't like how we cook you don't have to come back." Well.... hopefully you understand why I gave them only 2 stars. The gentleman at the counter should be more concerned with the guest's experience rather than the amount of the tip on the check. The cook was helpful and obliged making me new chicken.

As other have stated. If you want to get sick order from here. Lost 10 pounds after eating here and feeling horrible. Cooking this way for the past 50 years even after bad reviews tells me you just don't care About customers opinions and keep making nasty food that gets people sick. The only thing edible from my meal was the noodles and even then they were off. Too bad swans in sweet home closed. Place was way better and never got me sick. Oh and in case the owner feels like I care to be told to not come back like they have told others. Trust me, I won't. Especially when the owner cries about honest reviews and instead of taking criticism just says don't come back. You run a dump. Close the doors and make room for decent food. Hopefully the couple restaurants we are getting soon put you out of business.

Place is gross. Pork was old and dry. Wifes crab puffs were cold and chewy....probably reused from others food that was left over. This is the type of place that would throw your rice that you didn't eat back in a pot and serve it to someone else the next day.

Shrimp was not deveined so the whole order had to be thrown away. Person taking the order was not forthcoming in how to order when asking about the ones that are numbered. Told us to just tell him what we wanted. Got an order that wasn't correct and shrimp that couldn't be eaten!

Consistent, fresh, homemade and amazing! Our favorite restaurant in Lebanon. We love the Chinese greens and chicken, the chicken noodles, and all their soups!

I don't ask for much, but flavor and texture are important. I saw on the menu that Ma's serves Singapore Noodles which is a favorite. I also noticed shrimp egg rolls also a tasty treat... or should be. I called ahead to pick up the order and it was ready at the specified time. The bill came to $25 and the service at the counter was efficient. Now, the food was another story. It was hot. It looked good but remember... taste and texture are key. The shrimp egg rolls were cooked super crispy but were excessively greasy. The filling was more like a vegetable colored mush than fresh and distinct meat and veggies. These were inedible as I couldn't get over the mushy slimy interior. The Singapore noodles were pretty and hot. The veggies were good and there was quite a bit of meat but there was just no significant flavor. Typically Singapore noodles have a nice earthy spice like a curry but these were just not tasty. The dish, overall, was bland. I will not likely be back. There are plenty of places to get Singapore noodles and Shrimp egg rolls that appeal to all the senses. Friday night dinner time and the parking lot was almost empty... I didn't try enough of their dishes to say you should avoid this place, but I suspect trying more would not improve my outlook. Two stars for timeliness and temperature. Everything else fell flat for me.

Delicious food at generous portions for reasonable price. I'll be back.
