Buns are always stale and hard. Frys are always cold. Staffs not friendly they don’t even speak to you when you walk in. They need to stop worrying about line times and start doing better food quality! We all pay good money to get food focus on customer service versus stupid line times. Ask yourselfs would you eat what you are putting out?

Finally got 5 star service. Placed an app order in the parking lot. Pulled up to the drive thru and got my food and drinks almost immediately. Everything, and I mean everything was fresh and hot. Burger, fries, nuggets. No sauces, straws or napkins forgotten. I was shook! But ever so appreciative. Needed to grab something on the go, and took a chance. It worked out, and I'm grateful. Finally an A+! Thanks Mcdonald's!

Just wanted to make a comment that made me a bit frustrated.. me and my mother drove thru the McDonald’s drive thru to get some ice coffee when we made it home we tried it and it was straight milk so we called to see if we can get it fixed as I’m telling my mom in Spanish that we can go get it fixed the person on the other side of the phone who is hearing me translate just hangs up … I tried to call back just go get hung up agin and no answer after that … what a world we live in

Went here twice over the weekend, I noticed the breakfast burritos were a little skimpy and the price was 2$ more than other locations, didn’t think much about it. Went back a day later and again the burritos were mostly tortilla, won’t be coming back to this location again. Also the manager was completely rude to me when I picked up my order

Not such a good day..no longer is ordering from a person available.the kiosk is a pain when I went to ask staff for assistance the girl was rude.. I ordered tacos crunchy I watched her push down hard and make them flat and it wasn't just my order it was all of them !! Not sure about others but if I order tacos I don't want them broken and a mess everywhere I'm trying to eat....I had to go to work that was my daughter's dinner. I explained to be careful when opening them and why,she called and let them know what happened....4 tacos 19.00 and not even in 1 piece. Taco Bell do better and the superviser at the time wasn't even aware of what was happening right next to him

Not only was the order completely incorrect which is a 50/50 shot here but dealing with the workers to correct the issue is almost not worth the pain. Honestly if the price wasn’t so high I wouldn’t even waste my time correcting the issue.

Order burgers for a lazy Sunday meal. They came back raw, we went back and showed the manager. (Rude & didn’t seem to care at all) The manager didn’t even apologize for this. Got a second order for it to just have the same issues.

I placed an order for my friend to pick up for me. I screen shotted the code and sent it to her. The man working would not allow her to pick up the order without the person who placed the order present! Thank Goodness for a good person behind her who had the order made for her and paid for it out of her pocket! Because if that good person wouldn't have we would have wasted the time and energy finding a ride exc for nothing! The order was paid for and they have the proper code let them have it! I've never had this issue at any other mcds in my life! That guy needs retraining or to be away from humans!
