When they took my order at the drive through my total was $10.49. At the window I was told $10.78 and my receipt said $3.28. I asked to talk to the manager and he said he already took care of it and I got my food for the lower price. The food tasted rancid. Totally ruined my apatite.

Y’all annoy me lol second time you gave me a sandwich with just a piece of chicken… on bread. Nothing else. I asked for extra pickles because It’s the only thing on the damn sandwich and you guys get zero pickles shoot zero anything except for a piece of chicken on bread.. You guys are slacking

less than 10 french fries? almost $6 for a happy meal and that’s what you get? I’m sure it was not intentional but they aren’t even warm. this McDonald’s is always one after another of inconsistent experiences and today was no different. they park you, they forget things often, no one even has the decency to even say hello. it’s giving very much “machine with no personality” but also, it’s not even a well oiled machine. often disappointed.

Witnessed the manager(blonde lady) verbally assault and throw a bag of food at a door dasher today ripping the bag in the process and refused to replace the bag. The door dasher was super polite and stood up for herself and the customer she was getting food for. This place has AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The food is good most of the time, and they are usually pretty quick about getting your food out. The app they have is nice because there are sometimes some pretty good deals on there and you collect points you can use for free things. The only thing that sucks is they got rid of the nut packets they had for the sundaes!
Parking: Plenty of parking
Kid-friendliness: Kids always love McDonald's, especially when they have a play place (which the lebanon location does not) they get a toy in their meal, who doesn't love that
