The manager there is unfairly faced with a corporation that cares very little about thier customer experience. The have a poor app for ordering pizza, no customer service and have chosen the worst delivery service (door dash) I have ever seen. It's not fair. Ma'am, there are other good opportunities out there for you to shine..... right now! I wish you success in your future endeavors.
Showed up at pizza hut in Lebanon with my family. Nobody at the counter or in the dinner. Completely empty. A guy poked his head out didn't say anything and we still waited. Finally we just left

This pizza hut is great! There were some things out of stock when I ordered today and they went above and beyond to make our order just right!!!! Really appreciate the employees here! And the food is great too!

Cool staff, they definitely take pride in the pizza they serve
*Update 9/01/24: Was turned away from the dining room at 7:00pm due to a "lack of staffing". I think it's time for this Pizza Hut to close its doors. They don't do anything for the community and apparently can't run a business* Definitely not the Pizza Hut of yesteryear. I had a craving for a salad bar, but after seeing theirs in a state of devestation...nope. I ordered the Supremo Sandwich and fries. Not too bad. Unfortunately, 2 of the fries had different hairs on them, looked to be pre-batter. Gross. Men's room was pleasantly clean. Service was good. I was offered a smaller straw than usual due to Oregon's onset plastic Nazi regime.
Service was really bad. They gave us a menu, and 20 minutes still had not come back to take our order. We got up to look for someone and couldn't find anyone, so we just left. There were only about 8 other customers in the restaurant, so they weren't busy.

Is that world just make the pizza's right with an adequate amount of toppings and sauce instead of the portions we got. I mean, It was 'pizza' but, it was more like heres a 'piece of' bacon and a 'piece of' 'roni on your no sauce pizza's.

I love it here! I eat at Pizza Hut occasionally, and every time, it's heavenly. The pizza is delicious and reasonably priced. I'm really happy with it. Pizza Hut for the win! <3 <3 Prefect place for dates, get togethers, birthdays. Amazing atmosphere all around and good memories.!

I like pizza Hut but don't order often as their coupons kinda suck. Was going to order tonight but the advertised $7 deal 1 topping medium pizza is $8.... Clearly false advertising and a scam. So nope. At least dominos has a $6.99 2 topping deal. Which is better anyway
