I absolutely love Safeway! It doesn't matter which Safeway i have shopped at, be it when I lived in California, Washington, or Oregon, the employees are always so friendly and helpful. Prices are correct 99% of the time. On the very few occasions, I have needed a slight refund due to a pricing error, the customer service desk handled it quickly and with a smile.

I am really pissed at this store for there order and go.. I ordered chuck roasts, got 3 out of my 4 bags and no roasts. All they said was we can credit back card but that takes 3-7 days, I am on a budget and disabled, no compensation for my loss at all. Very irritating when they say they can do nothing but refund. Now I have to wait 3-7 days so I can get my food for the month.

Safeway is open 6am-11pm, which is nice. will have what ya need, but the prices are on the high side. It feels so corporate in there, ya know what I'm sayin'? I've used the Safeway app & played monopoly. I signed up as a member when moving here, so you get " discounts" and points for fuel. The fuel points expire monthly. Must redeem those store points to get the discount.Sometimes, the store smells of fish, wafting from the seafood aisle to the entrance and everywhere. Usually, the store is clean and full of groceries, a bakery, flowers, produce, cold and shelfed drinks, deli, personal items,and a pharmacy[ open 9am-1:30pm]. Starbucks also. There is a man who has worked at my local Safeway for as long as I've resided here - 13 years. I like that I can count on seeing the same people consistently! The self checkout lane is a nice addition. Just park, get, pay, and split!

Typical big box grocery. What set it apart for me was the excellent service. I'm visiting from out of state so needed help finding a few things. Couldn't have been more accommodating and all with a smile.

Patsy at the self check out station is extremely rude and actually puts her hand and customers and shoves them. The store director, Ruby, was notified and apparently endorses these types of employees because lo and behold, she's still there. I would rate this trash hole 0/5 if possible.
It's great but I am confused about if service animals are allowed ?

Nice and clean store, however I am disappointed they made self check out have a limit of 15 items. They also keep multiple self outs closed even If there is a line formed.
