Shari's Cafe and Pies offers good food at a fair price, with quick service and friendly waiters, such as Jay, who provides exceptional service. The cafe's pies are highly praised as being among the best. However, some areas of the restaurant may be in disrepair, with torn booths, out-of-order lights, and dirty fixtures and windows. Despite this, the staff and customers deserve better. On busy days, such as Christmas, the cafe may struggle to keep up with demand, but the waitresses and other staff do their best to fill in the gaps and provide good service.
