When i ordered my drink they put "creme" instead of "mocha frap" i asked them what the difference was a man jumped on the mic and said one is made with milk the other 1/2 & 1/2. I said uh ok but id like my normal drink the mocha not the creme. They gave me the creme drink which the difference is no caffeine in it like the mocha drink. Kinda bad when they dont give the customer their requested drink or know the difference

Goodness! I have never , ever had such horrible experiences with a Starbucks before. This particular location just can’t seem to get it right. Over 50% of my orders are wrong or missing items all together. What the heck?! When I need my coffee, ☕️ and don’t get what I paid for it irritates me. Then I have to spend time getting refunds . Ugh 😩

I go here often and the staff are always nice and have gotten to recognize me. My order is always right and done well every time so it’s my first choice. I think this is the best Starbucks overall in the surrounding area. (:
We stop at this Starbucks a lot and today was a terrible experience. The manager was rude, unprofessional and purposefully made my drink wrong. Sad to see such a reliable Starbucks go down in the quality of service. The manager needs some remedial education on how to treat customers and co-workers as she was rude to both.

From my point of view I think it is a good environmental and relaxing place since I have seen opinions that say the opposite but in my opinion it is not like that, they will be the ones who take it very seriously but the people there were kind to me, no complaints at all. most of them would come back to have my ice matcha venti latte

We have been here today, so I could get more of my work finished --- I have to get it done. This is about our 6th time to be here within 2 weeks. We know, because we are Christians that we are being intentionally targeted and persecuted for our faith by Starbucks employees-- who do not know us, neither their friends or male customers, except that we have talked about our faith in GOD between I and my family that they have heard. The uncalled for filthy conversations by some of the Starbucks employees, today, have included us, our characters, and lives, and are sheer LIES they have admitted to making up about us and sharing with each other ! We are also aware that they have encouraged and contacted male customers to do the same to us-- which we have also seen and heard them do ! This IS definitely a place for Pagans and not Christians, so if you come, you take the chance of being liabled (lied about) for your Faith in GOD.

I'm giving 5 stars although there have been times that they had operating probs. Grinders and machines inoperable. This lays extra responsibility on the staff. The baristas are incredibly nice and cheery and give my day that extra good feeling! Cheers!

Parking: There was a non-handicaped vehicle parked in the handicapped spot ?, but there was another open spot to still available for us to park.
I go DAILY sometimes twice and out of 7 days a week I get my coffee done right maybe 3-4 of the days. So every other day my coffee tastes burnt or like licorice when I’m supposed to be getting a blonde
Loud with various athletes of various sports collectives from the area. A little messy inside. Perhaps Starbucks management could step up the customer service more. That is why you get paid the big bucks is it not?

Went through drive through for two grande coffees and was served two small coffees in grande cups cups were both only 60 too 70% full. Will not be coming back and would not reccomend.
