Slow but good food, service was very bad, had to order for 10 min for one sandwich and it was a simple steak and cheese.

Absolutely horrible service. Ordered online and NOTHING was ACCURATE. I ordered an outlaw Toasted sub, with Extra Meat, Baja sauce and Extra Onion and Green Peppers with tomato and no Japleno. The sub was not toasted what so ever, it did have the baja sauce, the extra onions
Green Peppers, or Tomatoes, but had extra japlenos, yet I was charged regardless. Such a awful sandwich we wasted money as we tossed it and ended up going elsewhere for dinner.
Picking up up inwas made to wait in a line in the drive trhough while they took orders. Until I went inside to pick only to be ignored for 4 minutes and then I spoke up to be thrown my order. Nothing was check they confirmed the name but weren't even sure what I ordered.
Absolutely worst customer service and experience I've ever had. Definitely need to train and work with the crew to get them uo to speed on making orders properly and being attentive to customers. Definitely don't plan on coming back to this location
. I'm not sure how they even stay in business if this is how they run it. I am also planning to contact corporate and let them beware of the floor service and cleanliness of this specific location.
I have a large family. We used coupons, and the male employee was in such hurry one of the coupons didn't scan.My adult daughter told him three times. He said he'll give her the difference from the full price after she pays. It didn't happen. My daughter was overcharged by almost eight dollars. I asked for the manager, and he told me he couldn't get into the money. I gave him my daughter's phone number and was supposed to get a call the next day to get her money back. It didn't happen! No call, nothing! It's been a while, and the Lebanon Subway stole her money! Don't go to the Lebanon Subway! If you do, watch out! They scam and steal your money!

There was literal plastic in my sandwich and on top of that there’s no way to call them or contact them to let them know and get something done about it it’s actually disgusting.

Sad to say this is the second time that this has happened to us when we have purchased the 1799 deal. Even after I stated on the special instructions that the last time this happened we had very meager ingredients on our subs. Today the same thing happened, needless to say, I am extremely disappointed because I frequently order subway from this location . If I go and order a separate sub, it is not like this. It is packed full of ingredients and it’s worth the money that you pay for it. This year is not worth the money that we paid for it. I can make a better Subway sandwich myself at home. Customer service wasn't good. I was completely ignored for the first few minutes. Lots of flies and the interior doesn't seem to be very clean. It's also expensive to eat here.
Approximately 30 minutes after eating lunch today, I had sudden and violent diarrhea. I will no longer be eating at this Subway. $15 flushed right down the toilet.
It's sad and unfortunate because, when used correctly, Subway can be healthy and good for you. Just not at this location. I cannot recommend.

Been eating at this subway for a couple years now, and have always had a really positive experience. I have yet to have any kind of real issues, and tonight I accidentally ordered the wrong sandwich on the app, and when I tried to call and change it I got a busy signal! When I showed up a young man named Eric was extremely helpful, courteous, and was more than willing to help me fix it. It is definitely my family's go to on hot nights and all of the staff have been amazing. Food is very consistent, fresh, and is always ready really quick.

I must say that going in is worth it. I have had a time or two when I ordered a protein bowl, I thought it could have been fuller. So I go in and it seems like they do better. You can sit down to eat. Order on line. Or drive up. Lots of parking. Wheelchair accessible. Employees are usually friendly.
