20 minutes in the drive thru with one car in front of me is crazy. And then rang in my order wrong and the solution was that I could take the full sandwich that I didn’t want (was ordered as a 6inch) or wait until the next time a manager is in to start the refund process. Absolutely insane. Please consider hiring competent individuals.

Never in my life have a seen so many fruit flies in a restaurant of any sort. The meat on my sandwich smelled sp sour, I paid gor double meat 🍖 and a soda, tipped 10% walked outside and threw it all in the trash, STAY FAR AWAY FROM LEBANON OREGON MAIN STREET SUBWAY

My goodness!! When will corporate American wise up and take care of their businesses!!! Yesterday after a 12 minute wait I drive thru, I gave up and left. Today only 1 car ahead of me and 3 cars behind me in which 2 cars started to back out. I got out and asked car ahead how many sandwiches he ordered. He said frustratedly 2. When I got to the window I was agitated by then and asked the worker what was the problem??? Told that headsets from order box not working properly now for months. I told the employee I would advocate for them. What the heck are you bosses up to?? Pressure unneeded for employees. I gave a dollar tip then. Wise up corporate!!
Very good sandwich. I ordered the Chicken bacon ranch plus pepperoni, lettuce and black olives with cheese on Italian bread toasted. It was delicious. You should try it!
