My goodness!! When will corporate American wise up and take care of their businesses!!! Yesterday after a 12 minute wait I drive thru, I gave up and left. Today only 1 car ahead of me and 3 cars behind me in which 2 cars started to back out. I got out and asked car ahead how many sandwiches he ordered. He said frustratedly 2. When I got to the window I was agitated by then and asked the worker what was the problem??? Told that headsets from order box not working properly now for months. I told the employee I would advocate for them. What the heck are you bosses up to?? Pressure unneeded for employees. I gave a dollar tip then. Wise up corporate!!

Very good sandwich. I ordered the Chicken bacon ranch plus pepperoni, lettuce and black olives with cheese on Italian bread toasted. It was delicious. You should try it!

The place is a joke 4 times I've been there and hasn't yet got an order right The latest one is getting overcharged on a deal they advertise,food not ready when told, had to wait about 15 mins after the specified time we were indicated to pick up.Save your money go somewhere else.

The service is great here. I'm not the biggest Subway fan, but the food is always consistent. I don't usually eat in the restaurant, so I'm not sure about the vibes these days.
There is no point in telling them what you want on your sandwich. They don't even come close to getting anything correct. Not just once, but on many occasions.

I paid 12.96 for about 2 dollars worth of sandwich. Even ordering(and paying for) extra meat and extra cheese. They didn't even put the cheese on it! Never again!
Always up beat, crew try's to help. Drive thru speaker is fighting jet dryers from car wash next door and main St. Traffic in front... so mistakes can happen. You're eating a foot of bread, do you really care about calories? 99% would recommend. Went to get take out once, dude making my sandwich complaining about so many people, why is it so busy... Sorry for you having to work for your wages bud...

Every single time I select no tip for online orders, I get next to no ingredients on the sub itself. I prefer to tip cash, but don't think the quality of my food depends on if im tipping 15% on the online app. Even if someone leaves NO tip, the quality of your food should remain consistent. I don't even think I got the extra meat I paid for this time.
When I physically go into the store, it's usually such a great experience. You really need to treat online orders with the same level of service.
I can see similar reviews for this issue date back far enough, this is obviously an online order issue. Seeing the owner reply back and seeing this is still an ongoing issue is incredibly disappointing.
