My phone automatically switched my app to this store otherwise I would have never gone here to begin with. The other store in town is much cleaner, and they do a wonderful job making the sandwiches. The one in Walmart can't seem to get an order right unless you are there. I paid $4 extra for double meat and instead I got some crunchy things added to my sandwich. The meat amount was hardly the amount you normally get without paying $4 extra, and the sandwich I got was not good with those crunchy things or I would have ordered it that way, they are good on some. Also forgot the cookies, which I didn't notice until I got home. During summer it's a fly fest in there and they are all over the open food. Just go to the other one in town.

We ordered sandwiches through DoorDash tonight and one of our sandwiches was smothered with Sriracha, when we only ordered mayonnaise on the sandwich. Sriracha is spicy and we could not eat the sandwich. We tried to call Subway and could not get a real person to speak with. We tried to get a refund back on DoorDash but subway wanted to refund us two dollars for our nine dollar sandwich. We are very displeased. Poor customer service.

Nothing wrong with the food. Here’s where my complaint is… So they tell me the order is seventeen dollars and some change…. I look down and it says that total with a tip applied already… no where on the pay pad does it say would you like to add a tip, so I run my card because I just wanna pay for my sandwich. After that I am eating and I hear them say the total and see her push the 20% tip… So she is adding it without telling the guest or asking if they wanna put a tip. So I look up my transaction and there was a tip applied. After that I confront the employee and asked her why my total was different then what was stated… she reply’s that I added a tip… which I would of if asked, but then she tries to hand me a dollar back like that’s gonna make up for being hustled. She then explains if you don’t wanna leave one you just hit the cancel button which they don’t tell you! So I can only imagine how many people have just been hustled at this place without people knowing. Shame to scam people… I could only imagine how much money they’ve pulled in since they’ve opened. If you want a tip ask for it, don’t be sneaky about it!

Neither Subway in Lebanon ,Oregon....can u order online and as far as the one on 20. U cannt call them the owner /manager will not fix the phone or site....not the kids problem they are tired of reporting it !!and the internet site at the walmart one glitches and usually does not work...again neither manager /or owner does a dam...and again tge folks are great thank god!!! BUT DUSTRICT MANAGER /OWNER DOES NOT CARE!!.ALL THE OTHER ONES IN LOCAL COMUNITIES...work !!!

Absolutely incompetent, placed an online order, arrived at the pickup time and the manager said it would be 30 minutes minimum, for one sandwich! He said the people in the store are priority over online. Never again will I shop there.

Normally we come in and have a nice experience, except today. The lady with the serenity tattoo, btw she didn't have a name tag visible, was extremely rude and unprofessional, she treated our order like it wasn't her priority. sliding out sandwiches with force into the register and looked at us when we were putting our toppings on our sandwiches like are we serious that we kept asking for things. Never asked if we wanted any drinks, chips, etc she didn't have a friendly approach as many of the others did and we have came to this subway and it's our preferred subway but with her behind the counter I don't want to go there anymore

Have to use the app to get the deals but the order is always messed up if you're not watching them. I would contact directly but they are just kids who don't understand this is a real problem when we are paying over $30 for 2 sandwiches.

WHAT? Jose is gone! I buy at least twice a week and Jose has always made me the best sandwich of the two Subways in town! I watched him handle busy times working ALONE with ease and commitment to service. Once I had a medical emergency in Subway and Jose was quick to notice and provide me with water and support. His help prevented me from requiring an ambulance.
