Normally we come in and have a nice experience, except today. The lady with the serenity tattoo, btw she didn't have a name tag visible, was extremely rude and unprofessional, she treated our order like it wasn't her priority. sliding out sandwiches with force into the register and looked at us when we were putting our toppings on our sandwiches like are we serious that we kept asking for things. Never asked if we wanted any drinks, chips, etc she didn't have a friendly approach as many of the others did and we have came to this subway and it's our preferred subway but with her behind the counter I don't want to go there anymore

Have to use the app to get the deals but the order is always messed up if you're not watching them. I would contact directly but they are just kids who don't understand this is a real problem when we are paying over $30 for 2 sandwiches.

WHAT? Jose is gone! I buy at least twice a week and Jose has always made me the best sandwich of the two Subways in town! I watched him handle busy times working ALONE with ease and commitment to service. Once I had a medical emergency in Subway and Jose was quick to notice and provide me with water and support. His help prevented me from requiring an ambulance.

I started going back to this subway a few months ago and was pleased with the turn around. The staff is very helpful, nice and the food quality is on point ! They haven't disappointed.

found out this subway had icees and that’s all we had originally gone there for just to find out there’s pretzels too!! to top it off, our sandwich artist (Travis) was super funny and just a delight to be near. made amazing sandwiches and super nice!

The girl working was not friendly, could hardly talk, I had to repeat myself over and over, I asked for 4 cheese for 2 pretzels which were cold and chunky, and she didnt know how to take money!! Like she was doing it on purpose!! Horrible weird people and servicee working there!! Never again!!

Host ID: X7L8R5VX4L4DRMG2 WAS GREAT AT THIS JOB. Working solo tell 6:30pm Monday of Spring Break with a line out the door. Keeping his cool and orders straight. But he has only been at this job for a month. This young guy gets 10 stars out of five in my opinion. I don't usually leave a tip at Subway. This guy ironed a tip and I made sure to leave him one. Now the owner of this Subway on the other hand gets a zero and out of 5 stars. An will lose this great employee someday. They should have known better on Spring Break week that they would have more people in the store then on a normal week when kids would be in school. Especially in a small town like this. I would hire this host to work on my crew anytime. But my job is 50 miles south of here. For him being in early 20s I would say. Run circles around people I worked around before. Hell Walmart should make him a manager.

I go in to get lunch and I order a pizza. She tells me that she never has made one before and she was told by her manager that no one orders them so she'll teach her later. She calls her manager to ask her how to make one after already pulling the pizza out of the fridge. The manager straight up told her to tell me that they were out. I don't blame the associate but the manager there is promoting lying to the customer and clearly has no training skills by putting those associates in the position to those type of things. I just turned around and walked away.
