I had a pickup order thru drive thru but the line was crazy so I went inside took them 3 hours just to give me my food I sat there with my son for 3 hours… im definitely complaining to corporate and I want my money back im so mad!

The older drive thru attendant said that she didn't know anything about the app and yelled out the window as I was leaving, that it must be operator error. Customer service is at an all-time low, very disappointed.

These employees have integrity and great leadership. I recently came in for a beefy 5 for the misses (happy wife happy life) October 11th around 8pm. Upon entering there was an upset customer giving the night crew a hard time. The employees buckled down and still gave the customer what she needed and smiled while doing it. I didn’t want their actions to go unnoticed. You can’t rush art! Keep it up y’all

40 minute wait time in the lobby. Unless you are door dash or drive thru they will make you wait until everyone is served in the drive thru. You order at a kiosk and they ignore the customer completely. DO NOT go into the lobby.

This is my second review. The first three yrs ago. Nothing changed. Ordered chalupas. Cold and hard shells. Sauce on one barely there. Others had small smear. Sprinkling of cheese and wet lettuce. Staff seemed occupied with each other. I got a free taco coupon a couple wks ago due to messed up order. Didn't even want to use it.

Their freeze machine at this location has been broken for nearly a month. Workers are great, and very nice and helpful. Just disappointed the freeze machine has been broken for this long!!!
