Camping nearby and it was hot so ventured into town to this sweet brewery!! Wow so many to choose from. The ciders were sooo good a d my husband loved his beers! Lots of food trucks with a variety of choices! We tired 3 things and all were very good !! It is really nice inside and outside. Looking forward to the next visit!

Great selection of Beers. It's kinda loud inside and hard to hold a conversation. Nice variety of food trucks parked outside the front door.

Nice building and cool atmosphere. Six or seven food trucks that all looked worth a visit. Had a Spruce Juice Hazy IPA that was dang good! Not much swag. Plenty of parking. Indoor and outdoor seating.

Great place to have a beer and get a bite to eat. Wait staff is always friendly and the owner is almost always here helping out or talking to customers. Nice vibe here! Will keep coming back.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!!!!

Some employees are friendly but others are RUDE!

Beer is not good

Events are terrible. Live music is scheduled for when people are just getting out of work and whoever is in charge of the trivia questions and hosting should be fired immediately because of how boring and uninteresting it is.

Have been giving this place a chance for the last few months and it’s always missing the mark. Has potential but definitely needs major changes.

Rude interaction with staff today sealed the deal so safe to say these regular and paying customers will not be coming back. We have always felt something was off with the vibe here and will gladly take our money to much better comparable places in Corvallis and Albany instead.

One of my favorite places to hang out. Plenty of taps, nice folks, good food trucks.

Their food is OK. I love their beer and their activities that they do but I wish they were open like other food courts where they were open all week and the food trucks were open out through the week just not during the summer but during spring I’ve seen a lot where they haven’t been open as much. I love how they do the prizes and paints and games and I love that but I wish we had more parking and I wish we had 10 times more food trucks there where we had more of a selection prices have gotten really expensive there too, but I do love what they do there specially, their bear and the way they are so polite to everybody. Just wish they had more room more parking a bigger building and I wish it was a little bit more organized with the food trucks. I wish we had 10 times more like other locations Specially how big the town is growing and how many food trucks are out and about. I would love to see them grow and be open more often and be nice to have the trucks open around certain times of the day. Trucks are all different different hours and different times open but weekends I’ve seen not to throw on that and I wish the prices would really drop on the food trucks and I wish some of their stuff was a lot more serving and a lot bigger than what they are. This place has a lot of work to do to other food courts. I’ve seen 10 times better business location and they’re open more than this location Specially like the one in Albany there’s three of them down there and they’re they’re really really good and they’re totally worth it. They have a lot of trucks and they’re always busy and they’re always open. Wish this one would open their eyes. There’s a whole field next to them. They could add more parking or add more food trucks make bigger parking lots it would be nice and more places to sit.

This place is pretty great. Lots of seating, sometimes live music, good food trucks. Cons: food trucks close early, its noisy. I love that they have a great NA selection BUT, 5here have been TWO incidences where i bought a can of NA and the beertender filled a glass with my can and POURED OUT THE REST. The the actually heck. If not for tbis i would give 4 or 5 stars. I paid for a 16 oz can, id like all 16 ounces.

I love small town joints and wanted to love this but every time I come here I am so let down... poor customer service and beer is not worth even half the price it is. So disappointed. This evening was the last straw. Took forever to get service even then while we were ordering the bartender kept talking down to another costumer and kept talking about the urinals and it was awkward and all I wanted was to leave. Gross.

The food trucks are hit and miss. Never had friendly service. The bar side is nice and also clean. I've had almost every food truck and I'm not sold. Can I get hot food? Nope. Can I get not over cooked food? No. Good idea. I'm sure it has its good days and bad days. I must only shoe on the bad days.

Tallman has become a staple for our family. The variety of food trucks means that even our pickiest kid can have their basic chicken nuggets or cheese pizza and the rest of us can have amazing Thai, Indian, Hawaiian, Greek and Mexican foods. Plus all kinds of boba. Shoutout especially to Thai Angel and Masala Kitchen.

The set-up is great. Inside is spacious with lots of tables and bar seats, clean restrooms and multiple TVs playing movies and sports. Outside is more tables and a cornhole/other outdoor games area for kids or kids at heart.

Tallman Brewing itself has awesome curated regional taps ranging from ciders and sours to various craft beers PLUS their huge array of house brews that run the gamut from several bright, bitter and hoppy IPAs to smooth and creamy ales, with almost every type of beer in between, including smoked porter, stouts, fruity wheats… they truly make a beer for everyone.

My personal favorite is their Mexican lager, Buena Hora - get it with a fresh lime slice!

They also frequently have live music, comedy, painting and trivia events, making Tallman a great way to spend an evening.

Two San Diegans wander into Lebanon Oregon to discover Tallman Brewing. Excellent
beers with a broad variety of styles. Large, cool, clean. Despite rolling in on a rainy Sunday there were 5 food trucks open. We chose Masala and had Excellent Indian food - truly!! What a great way to end a long day! Highly recommend!

Foodie Beware ! Vender is neither transparent nor forthcoming with the availability of pictured foods and/or ingredients. As such, my beautifully depicted food selection was not represented accurately upon the preparation/receipt of my food order. In one instance, the vender failed to disclose that he was out of avocados ( and who knows what else ) at approximately 3:30 pm, at a time when the entire food truck venue had only 5 customers seated throughout the location. It is fair to say that Fridays and Saturdays, will incur greater amounts of customers. Posted hours on Bobablastic truck : 11am - 8 pm. On my visit around 3:30 pm, only after I challenged the vendor's food presentation, did he extend an excuse. He explained, after my complaint of omitted foods ( a menu item where advocados are pictured prominently ), that avocados were quitely omitted ( without disclosure ) from my order because his inventory had already been depleted for the service day. Surely on an expected busy day, either a vendor's inventory is fully stocked or as a service to your customers, you disclose at the time of an order ( prior to payment ), that some food and/or ingredients are currently unavailable. At best, the vendor lacks professionalism.
BOBABLASTIC Food Truck!
