I love small town joints and wanted to love this but every time I come here I am so let down... poor customer service and beer is not worth even half the price it is. So disappointed. This evening was the last straw. Took forever to get service even then while we were ordering the bartender kept talking down to another costumer and kept talking about the urinals and it was awkward and all I wanted was to leave. Gross.

The food trucks are hit and miss. Never had friendly service. The bar side is nice and also clean. I've had almost every food truck and I'm not sold. Can I get hot food? Nope. Can I get not over cooked food? No. Good idea. I'm sure it has its good days and bad days. I must only shoe on the bad days.

Tallman has become a staple for our family. The variety of food trucks means that even our pickiest kid can have their basic chicken nuggets or cheese pizza and the rest of us can have amazing Thai, Indian, Hawaiian, Greek and Mexican foods. Plus all kinds of boba. Shoutout especially to Thai Angel and Masala Kitchen.

The set-up is great. Inside is spacious with lots of tables and bar seats, clean restrooms and multiple TVs playing movies and sports. Outside is more tables and a cornhole/other outdoor games area for kids or kids at heart.

Tallman Brewing itself has awesome curated regional taps ranging from ciders and sours to various craft beers PLUS their huge array of house brews that run the gamut from several bright, bitter and hoppy IPAs to smooth and creamy ales, with almost every type of beer in between, including smoked porter, stouts, fruity wheats… they truly make a beer for everyone.

My personal favorite is their Mexican lager, Buena Hora - get it with a fresh lime slice!

They also frequently have live music, comedy, painting and trivia events, making Tallman a great way to spend an evening.

Two San Diegans wander into Lebanon Oregon to discover Tallman Brewing. Excellent
beers with a broad variety of styles. Large, cool, clean. Despite rolling in on a rainy Sunday there were 5 food trucks open. We chose Masala and had Excellent Indian food - truly!! What a great way to end a long day! Highly recommend!

Foodie Beware ! Vender is neither transparent nor forthcoming with the availability of pictured foods and/or ingredients. As such, my beautifully depicted food selection was not represented accurately upon the preparation/receipt of my food order. In one instance, the vender failed to disclose that he was out of avocados ( and who knows what else ) at approximately 3:30 pm, at a time when the entire food truck venue had only 5 customers seated throughout the location. It is fair to say that Fridays and Saturdays, will incur greater amounts of customers. Posted hours on Bobablastic truck : 11am - 8 pm. On my visit around 3:30 pm, only after I challenged the vendor's food presentation, did he extend an excuse. He explained, after my complaint of omitted foods ( a menu item where advocados are pictured prominently ), that avocados were quitely omitted ( without disclosure ) from my order because his inventory had already been depleted for the service day. Surely on an expected busy day, either a vendor's inventory is fully stocked or as a service to your customers, you disclose at the time of an order ( prior to payment ), that some food and/or ingredients are currently unavailable. At best, the vendor lacks professionalism.

I like this place, it has a brewery and nine food trucks. If you can't find something to eat and drink here then I'm not sure what the problem is.One thing I don't like though are the flies, there's just too many of them. it's July and I'm wearing shorts and flip-flops and I'm constantly having to move my arms and legs to keep the flies off me. It's not like they're everywhere it's just that I have seemed to move my arm or a leg about every 1 to 3 minutes in order to swat them away.

Update: it's the end of July and I'm here having a beer and some food and I'm leaving before I want to leave because of the flies.

It was a great place, atmosphere was great. The best part our dog could come in! But I will say my brother in law, his two kids, and myself ate from a particular truck serving Philly steak sandwich and things of that nature. We all got sick, pretty sure food poisoning but not confirmed. Everyone else that ate from different trucks was great! I had 1/4 of my sandwich left and the old lady ate it the next day and got sick (which is how we determined it was the food). Other than that it was a great place!

Too many positive things to say about the beverage and food truck options. Always a great place to go if you : 1) don't want to cook; 2) aren't sure what you're in the mood for; 3) are looking for an awesome selection of craft brews, bevvies, and dining choices. Don't miss out!

Got a double chicken burger from the food truck at the end. It's school lunch chicken patties, not the chicken they had before and 11 dollars for it. Not worth it.
