The food is outstanding, made from scratch, starting with the pasta , sauces, bread, different cheese cake weekly, catch of the day and so much more. Chef Nicole and the back of house crew is amazing, the front of the house crew is very welcoming, got smiles to share and knows the daily menu . The bar offers excellent drinks, coffee drinks. I moved to Lebanon a couple years ago, and I was introduced to a wonderful, locally run restaurant, The Cellar! I love the friendly staff and the ambiance! The food is fresh, varied and delicious! As a vegetarian I am well looked after! There is normally a veggie option, but the staff always eagerly offers other recommendations and alterations to the menu to satisfy my dietary needs! Thank you Cellar staff for your professionalism!
The Cellar is an amazingly different than most places. Their menu changes pretty frequently and there is always so many different things to try. Any time we travel out of state or even to other countries I end up comparing my food to the cellar if it’s similar item I ordered. Steak crostinis are the bomb the risotto is the best! Seasonal salads are so good. Love the small plates. Service is amazing too. Jamie and Carrie are the best !
The Cellar has been my go to restaurant for the past 3 years. The wait staff is friendly and accommodating. The food is great, desserts are fabulous and the wines & cocktails are perfect complaints to the menu. The menu is seasonal and I appreciate the changes. I like the small town atmosphere. When my husband and I are in town we love coming here to eat. We love the service Jaime is amazing. She always knows good wine options as well as what's good to eat. She is always smiling, good conversations, and doesn't leave you waiting a long time. The food is pretty good. I love the steak and the cook always cooks it perfect and how you like it cooked. We always come back.

We had dinner there and it was AMAZING! The noodles were freshly made, the chicken and steak were perfectly cooked and flavorful, the veggies were seasoned perfectly, and the meringue dessert we got was one of the best desserts I have had in my life! Definitely worth checking out, we will be back!
My job sends to me to small towns (like Lebanon) across Oregon. My favorite thing to do after work is find these hidden gems in small towns that people normally glaze over. It's places like The Cellar that remind me of how every small town has something unique to offer. It was exquisite. I stopped by on Thursday around 5pm and ordered the shrimp and cucumber appetizer with their stuff jalapenos and the catch of the day. The salmon with pistachio coating was so delicious I started eating it before I could take a picture. I didn't settle for a glass of wine, I ordered the whole bottle. I really hope this restaurant sticks around. It is an interesting character in this small town that people normally drive through without stopping. Also the server was very attentive, I made sure to give her a well deserved tip. I sure hope my work sends me back to Lebanon soon. I would like to dine here again.
The best donut shop by day, a fun cocktail atmosphere at night. We enjoyed going to The Cellar as part of our date night. I ordered the spicy jalapeno margarita, which gave me the best spicy and sweet that I was looking for. I also ordered the steak medium rare, which was cooked perfectly and included potato wedges and asparagus. Everything tasted fresh, the atmosphere felt clean and had a low light, evening vibe going. Everything seems wheelchair accessible for those wondering. Parking might be difficult to find since it is on Main Street. If you're looking for a fun and intimate spot to go sans kids, I'd recommend The Cellar

My friend and I dined here tonight, and we both absolutely loved it. They have a fun cocktail menu. All the drinks had fresh fruit in them and were pretty and tasty. The main course was beautifully presented and delicious. They even had dessert made from donuts which were cute and also super yummy. I would highly recommend.
