I'm not sure what happened to the stand but the last 3 months I've been charged three different prices for the same drink I get all of the time. (Hand blended granita with sugar free vanilla) I've had probably 8 drinks in this time frame and all of them have been incredibly runny. Think melted ice latte consistency instead of granita. Won't be returning.

The Human Bean is my favorite place to stop when I’m in Lebanon. Every staff member I’ve ever had help me is super nice and friendly to my kiddos too! I always get the Java Chip! Last time, I had my wife with me and she accused me of eating her coffee bean and I was pretty sure it fell through the lid when I put the straw in. Sure enough, when I hit the bottom I handed my cup to her so she could get the bean.

Not only does this coffee taste horrible but the managers there are so unbelievably rude. they have made extremely disrespectful and unprofessional comments to two different people that i’ve known that work here. the service have always been horrible and the work environment is not safe. i would never recommend anyone to work or order from this place.

I love their specialty coffee drinks. My go-to is Chocolate Mac Brevé with whip cream. Hot on cold days and blended on hot days. The staff are so wonderful each time we pull up through the drive thru and it doesn't matter which location, Albany, Lebanon, or Philomath.
