Not fancy. A self described dive bar. Surprisingly good food though. I have to recommend the pizza. I have had pizza at several places along the coast and salishakes is some of the best. Reasonably priced too!

Great comfortable space with outside space to relax in. Food is quite good & value be is down to earth. Always love going when in the neighborhood!

Hands down the friendliest service I've got in a long time! Plus best pulled pork sandwich I've ever eaten! Fairly priced and all around just a great place. I'll be back again for sure!

Disappointing experience for a bachelorette party group of 8. We hoped to stop in for a casual evening on a weeknight but we were greeted with scowls and reminders that there was no server. Then hostess told us our food would not be prepared at the same time due to their small grill. We got the feeling we were not welcome there. No help trying to seat us together or accommodate our large party even though there were only 4 other patrons there at time. Other guests played shuffleboard behind us with no regard for our table. We felt pushed out. We ended up going to the eatery next door and we were welcomed with open arms. I do not recommend.

Only shuffle board in town... Bartender is awake. To the deception of the world.

Can't beat the pulled pork tacos, they are AMAZING! Excellent service 10/10

Having stopped by the Salishack Tavern several times when we visit the coast, we were extremely disappointed with the service on our last visit, in particular, from the bartender Michelle. She deceptively and purposely overcharged us 30% on our second visit for the day as she claimed she was not tipped enough the first time we stopped in. It appears, when you go to the bar for service, you are to tip your bartender even though she does not come to you. When confronted, she stated one individual in our party said to put their beers on our tab. When I asked the member of our party about the beers they stated that never occurred. As a matter of fact, they were overcharged as well. We consistently and generously tip our servers when dining out acknowledging quality food and service. This time we had 15 members in our party. In addition, we did not appreciate other patrons smoking marijuana within the establishment. If you are a local you received prompt, gracious service, however, apparently out-of-towners money does not command the same quality service. What a shame! We will not return.
