Great food, great service with the small staff, good music, great atmosphere. Worth the stop.

This low key local tavern has Unexpectedly excellent food!! especially the pizzas. I keep coming back.
The drinks are tasty and strong too.

Being as they didn't advertise the pizza on the outside of the restaurant/Tavern I thought I might have made a bad choice on choosing them for Pizza, but as soon as they handed me the pizza, from the smell alone I knew I had made the right choice. They had amazing pizza at a reasonable price, and did it right! Next time I'm here I will be coming back!

The worst experience ever for a bar. The New Owner/Only Bartender was rude from the moment we walked in and it never improved. Then we ordered food. Well let’s just say frozen microwaved food that looked like canned dog food was the supposed Grilled Teriyaki Chicken Bowl. My burger was sub par. I thought they were rated the best burgers. I can make a better burger with fresh ground meat then there frozen Pattie. This bar was not a big bar at all. The owner/Bartender couldn’t handle 20-30 people. I’m sorry I’ve watched many bartenders totally alone. Handle the bar, take orders from tables for drinks and food orders, cash people out and serve the food with 50 plus people in the bar. Plus outside tables of ten or more tables even. They were never ever rude to customers. I worked at bars myself and done all this and even had to help cook at times. I would never have ever treated anyone the way we both were treated. Our Tip to you as an owner/ bartender hire more people before tourist season starts. If you don’t then please get a better attitude. Only thing we did was sit down at a table and we’re talking. To decide what we might have. At the time you told us we had to come up to the bar to order we were talking about shuffle board. You stated that we should have read the sign. Stating see bartender for all orders. If you would have said I’m really sorry would you mind coming to the bar to place your order. It would be appreciated. Even what you said wouldn’t have been bad if it was done correctly. You were totally rude and obnoxious about it. This was our first time ever to this bar and we will never be back. Your regulars that were many might be ok with your attitude but that shouldn’t be the way anyone would want to approach new customers. Excuses only go so far and that was no where with us. Since we both have been cooks and know what prices are and to find out for a bowl of chili you charge $16.00 and it’s out of a can was just absolutely disgusting! Have a good night

Definetly a bar vibe going. Idk if was the time or day but it was dead when we got there when it was about 1.5 hrs before closing. Food was solid, standard bar food. Definitely weird being the only 2 there but if there was a crowd, I'd go back to eat.

Not fancy. A self described dive bar. Surprisingly good food though. I have to recommend the pizza. I have had pizza at several places along the coast and salishakes is some of the best. Reasonably priced too!

Great comfortable space with outside space to relax in. Food is quite good & value be is down to earth. Always love going when in the neighborhood!
