Came to Lincoln City for a visit and stumbled upon this cute little shop. Very eclectic and so adorable. The couple who owns the shop were so nice to my friends and me and we bought some Harry Potter wands and the women even explained how they were for us when we picked them. Had some great conversations with them and would go back for sure next time I’m in town.

This place is absolutely AWESOME! They were very welcoming and beyond super helpful, so kind and caring. I recommend this place to others who are interested in antiques and metaphysical stuff. Just pay attention to the no photos or videos signs lol because I see all of the 1 stars they got are from people who disregarded the signs when they are literally hard to miss as there's many. Anyway, THANK YOU to 101 Inspirations! Keep being awesome, you guys. ❤

As an antiquer and antique shop worker, I never thought I would be yelled at in a antique shop—but today was the day. I’m antiquing up the coast and I have a long list of items that my coworkers and contacts want me to find for their own collections. But when I took a photo here and texted it to one of my coworkers, the owner descended upon me in what I can only describe as a strange and misplaced rage. There’s a no photo policy—which is fine I suppose but not well advertised as neither me or my many friends noticed. And there’s no reason to treat a person like they’re a felon because they snapped a photo.Absolutely bizarre. I’m not sure how you can make money by being so unkind and unprofessional. I was shopping on the behalf of 10+ people and that business was all lost. Good luck to this store. The Little Antique Mall down the street is better priced, the people are kind, the selection is huge, and the workers don’t shout at you. It’s the best antique shop on this stretch of coast. Save your time.Attached are my two photos that got me kicked out, for your enjoyment.

Walked in and watched my dear friend (an experienced antiquer) be chastised for taking pictures in the store. Owner vehemently and rudely said there is a “no photo” policy. That policy is fine! We would have happily complied had it been enforced with kindness and a hope for understanding. After watching my friend be treated so rudely, we left quickly. Seeing the other reviews with combative replies suggests this is not an isolated incident. Would not recommend this place.

What a fantastic antique/music/metaphysical shop! Kim and Rick were nothing but charming. Kim has sound metaphysical advice and Rick is one hell of a noodler. Thank you both!

I’m disappointed in the store owner, to say the least. We loved going here every time we come to Oregon but today was the last. My brother was taking a picture of some crystal skulls up at the front. They reminded him of his home country and he’s a photographer, so it was only natural to take a photo. I was over by the dresses way in the back when I heard someone yelling at the top of their lungs. I come to see that the old lady behind the desk was practically on top of the counter screaming at him in front of the whole store “Don’t take pictures, are you kidding me, there’s literally signs all over the store saying that.”. She didn’t know but he’s illiterate ??‍♂️ not everyone reads, maybe don’t just assume that? It’s 2023 for god’s sake, normalize disabilities. Anyways, he got really embarrassed, which is a valid response to being scolded after doing something as harmless as taking a picture, and after everyone stopped and stared at him, so we put the mug back that we were going to buy. If we’re going to support a business, they should learn how to handle situations properly to get the money they deserve. It’s okay to not ask for pictures but yelling and public shaming in-front of everyone was uncalled for, it would have been in everyone’s best interest if she would have just come over and whispered rather then literally scream at my brother. I know maybe she meant no harmful intentions but we still felt very uncomfortable. Really sad we won’t be comfortable going back, we’ve come to Oregon every year since 2014 and we really honestly loved that store, it was a must to stop at. I’d still recommend you go, they have really cool things! But for us it’s a no. All in all just don’t take pictures, I guess I should have told my brother beforehand but still, she made him cry after we left. Not cool.

If there was an option to leave zero stars I would the second I walk into the store she’s staring at me and my mom through her cameras and snorkeling at us and followed us around the entire store staring at us as if we were stealing. Very rude. Made us feel very uncomfortable the entire time. Then some man walked out with her said “Take your race somewhere else “ ??????

Thank you to Kim who on Saturday the 16h, when I told her that someone was sabotaging my project at work, she took one look at me, could see my distress, and declared - you need the hand of Mariam!! She searched around but could not find one so took her own personal charm off her bracelet and insisted I take it. She then gave me wonderful detail on the hand and how it worked. I was so very touched by this and I took it as a sign that I was being watched over. I can not tell you how very appreciative I was of this that someone would care so much when they just met me. Blessings to you Kim and I'm so thankful and grateful to you for your kindness, knowledge and generosity - by the way on Monday, when the meeting occurred that I was very concerned about, all went well and prior to the meeting I meditated and could see the hand large in protective stance. Thank you!

Did not go here, especially if you are from out of town. They are unfriendly, discourteous, & take advantage of tourists.

We visit Lincoln City every year and we always stop by 101 Inspirations. Their customer service is great, they’re always so kind and accommodating. I always find neat and cool goodies and always leave satisfied with my purchases. Definitely recommend! My mom came with us this past week and found a dress she liked and the kind lady asked her if she wanted to try it on in the dressing room. Attentive and kind customer service is my favorite so I always love returning to this place every time I’m in Lincoln.

Kim and Rick are magical people! They have good quality antiques and a metaphysical side that is comprehensive and stocked well. Their knowledge of musical instruments, magic and antiques is thorough! We visit every time we're in depot bay! Highly recommend!

My husband and friends and I were in Lincoln City for two reasons: the men were there for poker and my girlfriend and I were there to hit all of the crystal and metaphysical shops! Our first stop on the trip was The Cheeky Cauldron so we parked up the street, right in front of 101 Inspirations. My witchy jaw dropped upon seeing all of the cauldrons, crystals, and candles in the window. I was so excited about it I could barely make it through lunch and practically ran back up the street to start my shopping spree. I didn't even make it past that front corner of the shop for fear of blowing my entire trip budget on my first stop! While waiting for my friend to complete her purchase I did see a collection of pretty fabulous metal body guitars as well. I would love to get back there and check out more of the store! They had plenty of the items on my list, only issue I had is I think the Rose of Jericho I purchased might be dead but I bought plenty of other fabulous items including a few crystals, the Tarot for Kids deck for my daughter, and incense. The owners were so friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place!
