60's Cafe & Diner

I used to work in a similar environment and have a lot of understanding when it comes to things happening in the kitchen. We came in as a party of 6, and it was somewhat busy (about 5 empty tables). It took over an hour to get our food, and all except 2 orders of fries were either (refrigerator temperature) cold or completely inedible. Including corn dogs for the kids that were frozen on the inside still. We were told they would have burnt if they were left in any longer. Yet the batter of the corn dogs weren’t even cooked through.

Ate here before a few years back and it was great, but today when i went in had a terrible experience. Ordered a burger with no sauce on it but when the burger came it had sauce. I explained to the waitress i couldnt eat it so she took it back to the cook he proceeded to throw more cheese over the sauce and melted it on. Once the burger came back about 30seconds later i already knew it wasnt remade so i looked and there was still sauce all over it. Again i asled the waitress if it could be remade because i couldnt have the sauce so again she tales it back to the cook who sounded argumentative about making a new one, about 1minute later she comes back with me “new burger” and all looked fine so i took a few bites then i could tell something was off so i lifted the bun and yet again there was the sauce all over the middle of my patty…… If u have any food allergies id avoid this place because they will get you sick and not care about it at all. Honestly couldnt believe they gave me the same burger back 3 times instead of just remaking it after i told them i couldnt eat the sauce. Very terrible service and will eventually end up putting somebody in the hospital with their negligence. To whoever the chef was today at around 1:30pm you seriously should not cook if you gonna disregard the customers….

Chicken Marsala and Smash burger a hit. My man said meatloaf was so/so. I like a more sweet glaze not so much gravy. Mimosas are top tier! The first one had me feeling nice and then I was cut off. Service was excellent.

the food was great the service is great I wish we had one of these up where I lived in North Idaho the atmosphere was also great and bring an appetite or get her to go box thank you very much

No hours posted and Google wrong time drove clear across town. Close at 8pm

Food was quite good but service was a bit slow. Got the feeling they were understaffed. Your mileage may vary.

Was very busy! Seems maybe some more staff would be helpful as they were doing their best but were struggling. Food was phenomenal though!! Had lovely lettuce wrap burger which was a fantastic surprise. Mom said the clamp chowder was amazing.

My husband wanted to get a hamburger and we were staying at the casino. I was a bit skeptical as these places tend to be more kitschy than tasty. I’m very glad to be proven wrong. Although the decor is boomer nostalgic, the food was really good and the hamburgers were nice and juicy and generous and opt for the curly fries. Hubby and I split a blackberry/cheese cake milk shake for desert and it was delicious. The service was great even though there was only one server. She was fast and efficient and was the one who suggested the milkshake flavor. If you’re in the area I totally recommend making this one of your lunch or dinner stops. Also, the kids will love that they run old cartoons on TVs set around the dinning room. My husband and I who are in our mid 50’s enjoyed trying to figure who the celebrity head shots where on the walls while also watching the cartoons.

Visiting from out of town and they have Excellent hamburgers and customer service. We took longer than normal since we were waiting on our laundry to finish and they were very understanding. Boozy shakes are always a plus!

Busy place and understaffed. Food tastes good, but was cold even though we were on site before the order was ready. Placed a pickup order and when we found out is was incomplete called the manager and was told they could not refund us and it is the customers responsibility to tell the staff if order is not complete. Had to drive back for the rest of the order.
