When we got there, there were about 7-8 guests dining in. There’s a sign that says ‘please wait to be seated,’ so we waited patiently at the door. The bartender/our server finally yelled ‘you can grab menus and seat yourself,’ with an attitude. Once we sat, we waited 10 minutes for our server to come by and when she finally did, she only brought waters and then took another 5-7 minutes to come back to take our order. She finally came to take our order and we ordered a mushroom swiss burger, pulled pork sandwich and an Oreo shake. The waiter came back with the food and I had to remind her about our shake that took another 10-15 minutes to get. Us and the other 3 tables around us had to go get our own napkins. The server scoffed at us any time we asked for anything, but the food/shake was good. With the lack of guests here, the service was VERY slow. She kept apologizing for the lack of service, just doesn’t make up for it. One of the girls that works in the back came out and argued with another table about taking a straw togo for her shake and then laughed with our waiter about the two girls after they walked out. Quite unprofessional and embarrassing if you ask me. Another table next to us, a group of 5 guys, she threw their ticket down and told them ‘argue amongst yourselves and I’ll fix it later.’ A guy asked a question about the tab and she said ‘I don’t know, you can figure it out,’ and walked away from him. The same lady that came out from the kitchen was bussing tables/touching the POS system, then went back to the kitchen without washing her hands and started putting burgers on the grill. I’ve been in the service industry for the last 10 years and I have never treated guests this way nor have I ever been treated like this. Will not be returning and absolutely will not recommend this to someone else.

Great food, wonderful atmosphere and service that always goes above and beyond. You must get a shake while here, which is basically two of them, so share with a friend. Really good clam chowder too!

I LOVE their milkshakes. I had a pineapple cheesecake one and it was delicious. It was such a nice chill atmosphere too. We ended up playing Out of the Loop (app game for families) and enjoying our burgers. My husband had a boozy milkshake too and loved it!

Awesome burgers, great onion rings, and amazing shakes. The atmosphere is spot on as well and it shows to why they've been around as long as they have. The only thing inconsistent here is the service. Sometimes it's out of this world and others you can tell the server doesn't want to be anywhere near you let alone a table. In the Spring during Spring break is normally when the service needs the most work and in the Summer it's usually amazing. The food way more than makes up the inconsistent service however. Some people might look at the prices and scoff and them but this is all fresh and freshly made. Best burger on the coast. There I said it.

First, we gave the waitress our order then she come to us 20 mins later and says sorry I forgot to send your order back (on her iPad) I’ll do it now. All together we waited 35 mins on an afternoon that was not busy. We finally get our food and she checks on us 2 mins later. My son order a small cheeseburger that was not cooked all the way though so I told the waitress and her response was “why didn’t you tell me that when I checked on you” I said, well because you checked on us before he got to the raw part in the middle. She just walked away!No apology nothing, I will not return!Everyone who works at the Lincoln city location looks like they are on the work release program (no judgement just observation). Don’t waste your time or money on this place, McMenamins is across the parking lot has much better food and service.

We we're just handed a menu and told to find our own seat. Wasn't busy, took a good 25 to 30 minutes to have our order taken. Everyone looked like they hated their job. Sadly they were out of ice cream so I couldn't get one, typically people tell you if their out of something that's popular at their restaurant. Getting our food took awhile and once we got it, it came back cold. The person I was with ordered a plain cheese burger and it came cold. I ordered a BLT and it arrived cold and the bacon looked a iffy. I got a side of Cole slaw with my BLT and it tasted like straight metal which left a sick feeling in my stomach. When we went to pay, the person I was with told them the food wasn't great and the staff member that handed us the menus earlier looked extremely upset in a not pleased way and mumbled they'd take it off our check and walked off. The people serving were all huddled next to eachother talking and looking at us which made me extremely uncomfortable. As someone with social anxiety it made me feel very uncomfortable.The restaurants decor was nice though, I liked that. In all honesty the best part of my experience here for the first time was drinking pepsi. ?♂️

One of places that ever gone to, I didn't have very much money but I got some ice cream with my friends. The waiter payed for our bill and got us some extra fries. This made my day and I love this place❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
