We have gone 3 times for snacks/meal for spouse. Every time they totally get order wrong and food is cold. This last time was upsetting because we ordered the SpongeBob meal as a keepsake. Order taker said out of the pineapple drinks, ok that's gone can we get the rest. Pull up to pick up and all we got was the burger and cold fries in a bag. No pie, no you, no keepsake box. They take forever yet can't tell you if they can't fulfill an order and get it wrong anyways. So 15 bucks for a collectable meal that was a burger which tasted funny and cold fries. There is not a lot of fast food for on the go in lincoln city but they are no longer on our list.

Place has issues with its sensor for the drive through window. And when people go up to the window like they have told them to, they never come to the window. I was waiting there for over 10 minutes for somebody to come to the window. And nobody came

I have always loved their Whoppers and they are willing to put lots of pickles and jalapenos on it as well!
This place has regulars for sure. I am from out of town and noticed the difference in service...not bad service just not the same. The food was great and came out fast. The dining room was clean and stocked. Maybe I'm picky but still a solid 4 stars

17 minute wait 17 minute wait. I say that twice cuz it's unbelievable it takes 7 minutes of car to get through the drive-thru. It's over a 17-minute wait to get up to making an order and then when you sit after that people are blocked in because they can't leave. If there's anything else open in town I'd go there. If this is fast food I think you're better off going and getting a table somewhere.
