Wish we would've checked reviews before popping in here after great Christmas Cottage visit; lesson learned.Clerk had zero customer service, place looked a bit.... lackluster, and none of the items we purchased were edible.Definitely a place that caters to tourists as I don't think repeat business is what keeps them going.

Not sure what is up with all these negative reviews.Went in today, got some yummy fudge and had no problems. Maybe she was a little direct, she has a business to run and didn't want to waste time. No problem there.She was pleasant with her greeting, not unkind or rude at all.

Great tasting chocolate and plenty to choose from. This is a gem of a place. It's so hard to find tiger-butter chocolate...and this is the place!!

Seafoam tastes like dryer sheets . Heavy perfume . Was soft and moist inside the chocolate , not crunchy like seafoam should be. Horrible .

They were out of alot of things. The truffles were dry and not as smooth as Chocolate Frog. The place was messy. Night and day between this place and Chocolate Frog. Go to Chocolate Frog!!!
Seafoam tasted like dryer sheets. Some sort of perfume . The inside was soft and moist , not crunchy like seafoam should be .. im guessing it was VERY old . I spit it back in the bag , and tossed it in the trash where it belongs .. Horrible ...

We walked in and walked right back out. Why? Because without even greeting us and with her back to us, the lady working there said rudely “I need to close so make your choices quick.” Alright then, my choice is to leave because that is horrific customer service.

They have ridiculously delicious creations. And also chocolate covered twinkies. The truffles are huge! Blueberries covered in dark chocolate!
