Good food as always. However when they ask if you want Extra napkins. Say yes. Because they didn't actually put any in your bag. If you ask for fry sauce. They charge you 50 cents per fry sauce. Then don't give you any. Oh well. Now you know what to do. Enjoy the best cheese burgers anywhere, and ask for Extra napkins. Lol 🙄

The reason you go is for the ice cream, the other food is pretty mid. The blizzards are so good and the smores are currently available so I would suggest getting that.

My family and I were passing through on our way to Portland. We were looking for a good place to take a break and eat since we've been driving for about 4 hrs. We got out of our car only to realize the lobby was closed. It was 5pm. So we got back on and drove through the drive through. They got our order wrong and the drive thru lady was still trying to argue about it. We got very little fries, no napkins, didn't offer Ketchup, we were one drink short and all 6 meals were stuffed in one bag. We spent around $70 for shitty service and bad food. We're from California and we don't have dairy queen. This is the first and last time we're ever eating this again.

Went here the menu was terribly hard to read and find things on it in the drive-through. The lady at the window was very rude and kept saying is that all that you need is that all that you need and we barely got any french fries in any of the meals that we orderedand the chicken was almost burnt

The worst customer service, I had to order through the drive through , I was walking and their lobby wasn’t open , my whole order was wrong, I had to stand back In the drive though to try and talk to someone, 2 meals cost $25 and they wouldn’t even give me the time of day to tell them what was wrong and even attempt to make it right, they just made me leave cuz I was upset about all the mess ups, I would not recommend this place at all zero out of ten! Just rude, lazy and disrespectful. Not worth the money at all

Food is always great. Employees are good folks. The parking lot, specifically the drive thru, is horrible. I heard the vehicle in front of me that was already at the window smash their wheel into the curb below the window due to the massive potholes right where you would pull up in order to reach the drive thru window. I didn't know what it was as I heard it because I was still at the speaker ordering. I found out for myself by having my vehicle fall into one of the potholes and then the curb as I tried to pull up to the window. It ruined my wheel. Fix your potholes!

Ordered a halibut sandwich off the menu board. Lady at the window barked at me that they didn't carry fish. Our food was cold, and tasted awful. Aggressive drive through employee. Zero stars.

We showed up at 8:40 p.m. there were 2 cars ahead of us waiting for thier order when we pulled up to the speaker. The employee then told us the kitchen was closed and we couldn't get food. This is 20 minutes before they're supposed to close things absolutely ridiculous!!
It's not often I go out of my way to give a low review, especially for fast food, but that was rough. Whoever the owner or store manager is would be likely sink any business that didn't come with name recognition. They were out of stock on 4 out of the 5 things we had wanted to order. Also, the person who was in training was left out to dry because they were so short staffed their co-workers couldn't help them, let alone properly train them.
