Called in an order and got an AI robot. Ordered two large specialty pizzas and garlic knots. Robot reads back the order with the two pizzas and garlic twists. I said no we want garlic knots not twists and robot says they are the same thing. Reads the order back again and again I say we don't want the twists, we want the knots. This was important because we have a sick family member that only wanted the knots after not eating for a couple of days. I finally got AI robot to read back the order with knots after a third try so I figured it would be right. Order + tip came to $70. The order came with twists not knots and we had to find something else for the sick family member to eat. Please teach your automated system to get the order right.

Lincoln City store. I used the app to order online. The tracking tool said ready in 25 minutes. I called the actual store to request extra and was on hold for 30 minutes. I finally spoke to a staff member and was told the app is never accurate in the time pizzas are ready. I asked if my pizza had been started and she said no. I asked when our pizza would be ready and she said 45-90 minutes! Since I already paid online, I had to wait. I told her we were driving back to Portland and needed it ASAP so we didn't have to drive in the dark, but she said they were backed up. It took another 90 minutes before we got our pizza, and it was full of large black bubbles, and the rest of the pizza was undercooked and soggy. We got our pizza at the time we should have arrived home! I placed the order at 7 PM, and it wasn't ready until after 9 PM!

We were looking for a dinner option that was fast, cheap, and could be delivered to our hotel (have YOU tried finding parking in the Taft district during a PDX heatwave?? We didn’t want to give up our spot). Dominos checks all the boxes, and is consistent across multiple locations.
The main reason I wanted to review is because of the AMAZING customer service! Unfortunately, the delivery driver left our order at the wrong room number, but not long after he left my husband hunted and found it. We were a little disappointed, but it’s tricky to deliver to hotels, so we weren’t going to complain.
About 30 minutes later, we receive an email apologizing for the mishap, and giving us a coupon for a free pizza. WE HADN’T EVEN COMPLAINED! They just realized their error, and wanted to make it right. Color me impressed! That kind of customer service deserves to be recognized. Hence the review.

Domino's never disappoints, pizza is always on point, never burnt or too greasy. I feel like their toppings taste fresh. For dessert I always get my kids the brownie with the cookie in the middle, those are to die for. They are so spoft and delicious! I always end up stealing the dessert from my kids lol, of course I save them some.

Extremely unprofessional environment the phones are ringing off the hook many upset customers were waiting for their pizzas some people even arrived after receiving delivered pizza and it was wrong. little girls were crying in the waiting room because they had to cancel their food order we used the mobile app which stated 20 minutes to wait and then we got there they said 15 minutes we went in every 15 minutes for an hour and a half and finally they said it will be another hour I will never be here at this location again and the service was absolutely dreadful they had no empathy and it was a complete train wreck!
