This may be your worst option in town. The delivery driver actual gets lost, haha, in town.....lol. Moving to another pizza joint for future orders. The last order took over two hours and was closer to three.

Had the most most UNHINGED experience where manager Jamie was overwhelmed and started yelling and swearing at me because I said I'd already been waiting 20 minutes for my food when that was my estimated wait time. Then said it was another 20 minutes. I was going to cancel then changed my mind but she continued to rant and yell at me from the prep table. I couldn't take it and canceled my order. What a wild ride.

I thought I didn't like Domino's, having only tried the one in Newport, but this one was delicious! Very fast delivery, the pizzas were hot, and I love their garlic-y crust. Thanks for the great service!

Somehow they never know what's going on. I got an order, then when it got brought home I realize they gave me the wrong pizza. I call, ask about it and getting it replaced and specifically ask if I need to bring the pizza back. They have my order and everything. I am told NO because they will throw it out anyways. My roommate goes to get the new pizza and is told they would never say to not bring in the old pizza. Eventually, they give the correct pizza I PAID FOR. And they made it a thin crust! Other times have included being not given a soda I bought, then being told they can't give me a refund for it so I have to have store credit. Then having to use that store credit next time and the order having to be exactly the same, to the penny. And then being told, after I need another refund because they gave me the wrong size soda, that they wouldn't ever need to do any of that and can just give refunds! JUST TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES AND PAY THEM ENOUGH THAT THEY CARE ABOUT THE JOB. IT IS NOT THAT HARD.

Lights in the lobby are WAY too bright. Don't like the feel at all in there, but the pizza (stuffed crust, wish you could get a large) was soooo good!

This location is great! Dope group of young people that are learning! They made a small mistake but Casey refunded the whole order and remade it for free! Great customer service, handled it professionally and quickly and the replacement was amazing! He definitely knows how to take care of the customer and you guys made a great choice hiring him! I’ll be back! 🔥 Casey and Team are the shit! And the music in here slaps!
Pizza and delivery (Kevin) was great,order took longer than expected...40 mins total.Dominos sent an apology coupon that I accepted.After I ordered and saw it was taking lil while read reviews and this place seems to be very busy at night,so brace yourself for that.
