Horrible customer service from Karen. Hire people who have more patience with customers. I’ve never eaten here before and I couldn’t decide what I wanted to eat. Nobody was waiting in line after us, and I felt rushed to get my order completed.
Our meal was bland, guac costed $4.50 and was old and disgusting, they charge extra for salsa too ($3.50). This place is a joke. Honestly, I should’ve left once Karen gave me an attitude for asking a lot of questions—as a paying customer, we have those rights.
Don’t waste your money here. You’ll be disappointed like we were.

I bought a burrito wasn't hot enough to melt the cheese. Ended up sick the rest of the day. The personnel may need more training.
FYI the carne asada was actually ground beef and very nasty.
