Delightful surprise at the recommendation of our hotel front desk. We were greeted by very friendly staff, food came out quick, larger portions than expected and everything tasted wonderful. Quickly filled up with other diners. Outside of building looked a bit old, and I wasn’t sure when I first pulled in, glad I didn’t judge this book by its cover because I will definitely be coming back.

The waitress was friendly and nice. They were very patient with us and gave us great advice. They have the best lover shrimp and special sauces in Lincoln City. The prices are very affordable. I recommend everyone try this restaurant; you will have a great Chinese-style taste! I will come back again.

Sadly i won't be coming here again, atmosphere was very depressing and grey. Service was mediocre and the bathrooms were a mess. Only good for take out, not dine in.

The best Chinese that I have eaten in years. Both of our meals came with very healthy sized portions. The food seemed to be very fresh. The fried items were very crispy. We had our choice of white or fried Rice. The lunch meals came with egg rolls and crispy crab puffs. They served sweet sauce with hot mustered without asking. The egg flower soup was a little weak and the pepper shakers did not dispense pepper.
Over all I would recommend Foon Hing Yuen

Best Kung Pao chicken I've had in a long time. Chicken was nicely seasoned and vegetables very fresh. Will definitely order takeout next time and try a few more dishes. I think they do a brisk takeout business. The dining room was minimalist but clean.

Food was edible but not what we are used to in Chinese food. I wish I could rate it higher but I have to be truthful here. We almost didn't go inside when we saw the outside. Should have listened to our gut. Will not visit again. They do serve you a lot of food - but we left 3/4ths of it as it just wasn't very good.
