To me, they have the best Mediterranean food at that location.

I was surprised to see so many bad reviews BUT I only ordered the spanakopita and fries. I wanted to try multiple food trucks, so I got food from everywhere. I loved the spanakopita with the cream cheese dipping sauce. I don’t know if it was fresh or not. The guys working were nice, but not necessarily friendly. The fries were kinda expensive. They were seasoned well, but I don’t know if I would order again. Times are hard and food is getting expensive, so I guess I can understand. This was probably the most expensive truck out of the five my family ordered from. All in all it was good.

My review is for the lamb gyro and garlic fries. The gyro was fresh and the sauce was very light not too overpowering. The garlic fries had the same sauce and were fried to perfection. Overall a very satisfying meal. A bit pricey at 40$ for 2 but I’m willing to pay if the food is good.

Good to know: food cart inside of a fenced pod that is a pet-free zone. Takes cash, card, and tap to pay. Ordered a lamb gyro and was told it would be a 25 minute wait. Accurate wait time, but it was a lovely day and the gyro was large and delicious. The pita bread was warm, soft, and fluffy. The lamb was well seasoned and the sauce on the gyro was delicious. The veggies were fresh and crunchy. Came with a fork, and I needed it. Grab an extra napkin before you leave the pick up window. There are several outdoor picnic tables for diners and it looked like a covered indoor area in the center of the pod; but we didn't explore. I'd place this gyro in the upper 60th percentile. I won't be dreaming of it, but it definitely hit the spot.

Very dry meat. Hummus smelled like no hummus I've ever eaten.

Ordered the shawarma and garlic fries; the total was exactly $20. The shawarma was just about tasteless except for the overwhelming amount of oregano in it - there was so much oregano that it simply obliterated any other spices or ingredients that may have been in there. I'm not certain there was anything else in there, to be candid. The garlic fries in the photo on the side of the truck were not what I got, but rather, fries submerged in a truly gloppy combination of what I believe was melted goat cheese and yogurt. There didn't seem to be any salt or garlic in the mixture BUT there was (again!) a surfeit of oregano, an incomprehensible volume, really. Someone in this food truck really, really likes oregano. Really likes it.I was bitterly disappointed as the food was absolutely inedible. I would have been better off just giving them the $20 and skipping the eating part, because that was a very unhappy and somewhat nauseating experience. One always wishes to be as kind as possible to small businesses, but you have to be forthright as well. It's a torturous dichotomy of impulses that always drives a negative review for me.The food was not merely "not good", it was awful. My apologies. I hope they can improve in the future.

My husband is from Chicago, and it's hard to find a gyro he likes. He definitely liked this place and said he would go back.

My wife and I just finished lunch and it was great. We had the gyro with lamb, lamb shawarma, and a side of falafel. I thought the falafel seemed a little sour, but with the sauce it was perfect. The lamb on both dishes had great flavor and was crazy tender. The gyro and shawarma were both very large and had more meat than I would have expected- definitely a good value for the price. I liked the shawarma best because of the ratio of bread to meat, but I don't think you can go wrong with either.

My favorite place at the pines. I never knew how tasty fries in gyros could be.

Ordered the falafel salad. Falafel balls were dense and poor tasting. Salad was covered in cheese crumbles and what seemed like a bland dairy sauce with no hint tahini in it. Went back to ask for the hot sauce that falafels are usually accompanied by, and was given Tapatio sauce. First time in my life I left falafel balls uneaten. My husband ate his but did not enjoy them at all. Cannot recommend this dish; maybe others are good.

They have the best vegan food on the Oregon coast! I've been all over the coast and this is the best we've had. The vegan bacon is so good. We tried some loaded fries, a sandwich, and a wrap. I'm sure everything on the menu is great. It's located in a food truck court, probably the smallest trailer there! We went on thanksgiving because we were in a hotel, so it was super nice to get good food instead of taco bell since everything was closed while we were there.
