Good location and servers but very inconsistent food.

Came for the first time on a Sunday night and ordered clam chowder, fish tacos, clams and a shrimp Caesar salad. Everything was decent and tasted good but nothing special which is ok! The clams were small but tasted good. (Sidenote do not order a vodka cran, it tasted vile and rotten)

Next visit was on Friday of Labor Day weekend. The restaurant was again not very busy, bar was busier but...

This is the only restaurant option that is walkable for this part of the coast which has a lot of hotel rooms. It's ok, but not fabulous. They do things a bit differently, for example, instead of lox, they served the breakfast bagel with smoked salmon. Instead of smashed avocado, the avocado toast had guacamole. So if you don't want to drive someplace this is your only option, but just be aware there are better places to eat in Lincoln City.

We walked from our hotel next door to The Mist for his birthday dinner. Sat in the bar, open seating. No reservations needed. Ordered drinks, and dinner.

Lots of Regulars who were absolutely wonderful to chat with and laugh with. Oliver was our Bartender and he also took our food order. He was really nice, and had nice, fast service.
