Ordered the pad-see-ew today and it was delicious! I thank you for taking the extra time to cut the stems off the broccoli. Not many places do that, and I love that you do! I would give a recommendation for the Thai tea.. You should invest in either almond milk or coconut milk for those who cannot have dairy (like myself!) I would absolutely love to try your Thai tea's, if you ever make them with non dairy milk. I give this place 5 stars. I will definitely be returning.

Great price to portion ratio

Great everything but I feel for a town with so many thai options they may work on fine tuning their dishes. Theres some inconsistency and a couple times the dishes didnt sit well.

Tom kha was delicious, yakisoba noodles had nice flavor and savory heat. Egg rolls were perfectly crispy.

It's a food truck and you have a food hall to enjoy food. Food is very spicy even for me. Ask for low spice unless you really want very spicy food.

When I order pineapple fried rice I expect to get pineapple fried rice. Not curry pineapple fried rice. I can't do curry in any form and had to throw the entire meal away. It was very disappointing. Nothing like what the pictures showed. Had to go get food elsewhere because they closed 30 mins earlier than what the sign said so I couldn't even walk up to them to ask them to redo it. We also ordered the gyoza which was more veggie than gyoza, and had the pad Thai which did not taste like authentic pad Thai, more like spaghetti. Expected much more from a food cart that came from Portland.

Excellent food truck at The Pines Dines. I love their chicken pad Thai, but of course they have other choices. There is fried rice, curry, stir-fry, a couple dishes with egg, and even crab pad Thai. They give you a choice of spice level, and since I like my food about as spicy as mayonnaise, their mild spice level is perfect for me. I recommend giving them a try if you like Thai food. One more thing -they do put chopped peanuts on top of their pad Thai dishes. They’re normally really good about asking beforehand if this okay, but people with peanut allergies should be aware.

I order pad see ew at many Thai restaurants. It's my go-to dish. The pad see ew from Pattaya had no flavor at all. It tasted like nothing, honestly. I took a few bites and decided not to finish it and went to my trusted Thai Bay (by Gallucci's Pizza) in North Lincoln City. Thai Bay is the best Thai food in Lincoln City.

I stopped by here after wandering the food trucks. So many options and delicious treats!Decided on Thai. Went with Pad Thai, simple yet delicious. Plenty of food. Great flavors.Added a thai iced tea and tip less than $20. Good deal.Give it a try! I will be back.

I am glad we stopped here. I normally would not have gotten Thai food at the Coast, I love Thai, and could eat it all if the time. I was hungry for it on this particular day. So decided I would go with the Kee mo, and asked for a little more spice than mild, and not as spicy as med. it came out so perfect. The flavors married so well. My guy ordered one of the basil dishes. It was delicious as well. I would definitely stop here again, and also recommend to anyone looking for Thai in the area. The service was also fast, and very friendly.

Delicious, made to order for someone like me, that enjoys the food but not the spice. Excellent Thai coffee too

Awesome food, fast and friendly service. I had the pork drunken noodles extra hot. I really like that they added sliced cabbage, it made a nice texture contrast on the noodles. I feel like it had a good heat but could have been spicier, but I feel that way about practically every meal. My wife had the chicken pad see ew, which was also delicious. Both meals were a generous size, had a good ratio of meat, noodles, vegetables, and sauce. Would go back without hesitation.

Very happy to see this new food cart pod in Lincoln City. Good job Lincoln City. Thai isn't usually my first choice but it was 3 on a Tues and there were only a couple carts open. Living in Portland, I'm pretty spoiled with Thai food but I'll say the cashew nut was great. Light, clean, herbal sauce that was super flavorful. Chicken was tender and there was a great mix of veggie all cooked perfectly. And to the reviewer that said their "crab fried rice didn't look anything like the picture". What a silly comment and it does exactly.
