The men's room toilet stall is absolutely filthy. There's dried up blood on the wall behind the door. The backside of the door is filthy. The wall above the toilet paper has what appears to be a giant dried up booger on it, or maybe food? And either more dried up blood or fecal material. The toilet paper dispensers are old, dirty junk. Would have given one star for service, but two other workers seemed to be on top of our waitress to do her job. 28 years ago, I knew 9 people who worked at Pier 101. The Jimmy Buffet annoyed me. I never thought I'd go into Pier 101 and hear country music. Not only is country far worse than Jimmy Buffet, Pier 101 is not a country venue! This place is cool and beachy! Country IS NOT! The country music totally ruins the vibe of Pier 101. Please stop playing it. The prime rib hash was nearly flavorless, and all of the food here is just a bit overpriced, but Pier 101 has always been that way.

Four of us went here for dinner over Labor Day weekend. Our server was about 1.5 star. Inappropriate comments, seemed she wasn't crazy with her job. Did not EVER check to see how the meal was or if we needed anything. I had crab stuffed prawns. I have never in my life had such a poor meal. There was little to no crab mixed in with bread crumbs packed on shoe leather prawns. Husband had fish & chips which he said were good. Other couple each had the seafood combo and said it was also good, not great but decent.

The food was tasteless. We ordered seafood and it was barely edible. We have eaten there before but it had been several years prior. The service wasn't much better. She kept forgetting what we asked for so the food had time to get cold waiting on the condiments to get to the table. All in all it wasn't a good experience and I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Great service and beautiful restaurant. Food was cooked perfectly. The problem was it was extremely bland. I had the stuffed salmon. Couldn't taste the crab. Only cream cheese and blanched salmon. The bloody mary was water tomato juice, the food had no flavor at all. I ordered a Tiramisu to go. There was no espresso in it. The lady fingers in it were plain. I will not be going back.

Pier 101 was one of the only places with seafood that was open for dinner after 8pm in Lincoln City. The sourdough bread was really good, but the rest of the meal was not. The seafood was way overcooked and seemed to be cooked in margarine, it was really oily and tough. I ordered an old fashioned and it had a muddled maraschino cherry and orange slice at the bottom. I'm not sure what whiskey was used but it was honestly one of my least favorite old fashions I've ever had. Our server was nice, she checked in on us often and I know that the low quality of food was not her fault. Anyway, I probably would not recommend or return to Pier 101 because it was definitely disappointing, and overpriced for the quality, but to be fair there really are not a lot of good options for seafood in Lincoln City. Which is odd, being a coastal town.

Was craving clam chowder. This was the nearest walking place to get a bowl. It wasn't bad, but I've had better in cheaper places. The clams were super small and had more potatoes than clams. The flavor was not quite right (bland)

I gave three stars just due to missing and/or skimpy condiments needed for salad(s) and crab cakes which totaled $65 alone. Would be 4 stars. Ordered to go via Uber Eats, Qt clam chowder, crab cakes, Asian chick salad, shrimp cob salad, key lime pie, and Marionberry cobbler. The order was $103 before tip and fees, which was ok considering the amount of food. However, the shrimp cob salad did not have any dressing mixed in or on the side, but in all fairness it was a huge salad. So had to go to store to buy dressing or eat a dry salad. The Asian chick salad did come with dressing but as you can see from photo just a small container for the large salad which is not enough. The marionberry cobbler was ok but filling was very loose, and the key lime pie is ok, but gram cracker crust is very sweet with minimal filling but lots of meringue. The salads are big so that’s a big plus, but again without dressing it is not worth the $20 ea. for salads and $25 for crab cakes. The chowder is good though. Next time will do pickup to assure that everything is there.
