The wife and I really love this place. They have a nice, clean, and comfortable restaurant. We enjoy the vibe here. The staff has always been very friendly and prompt. When we walk in we are acknowledged and greeted right away. Once we were seated, we were asked if we wanted anything besides water. We didn't have to wait long to have our order taken. My wife was unsure if she wanted to try their Clam Chowder, so our waitress brought her a free small bowl to try. That was nice of her and my wife said their clam chowder is really good.We both got the French Toast dish. It was really good. We both loved it. I also got some hash browns that were also very good.I do think the prices are a little steep. The French Toast dish alone was $15. It was very good, but it's still just French Toast. It was about $50 for just my wife and I to have breakfast. So, be wary if you are on a budget.

There is most always a wait to get in for breakfast. The bacon has a lot of flavor. The manager works hard to see that all goes well with your visit. The locations in Lincoln City and Seaside are the best for taste and service.

So when I went there it was ok there are a lot of better breakfast places in Lincoln City than this place.this is just my opinion.when I ate there they messed up my order and I wasn't in the mood to have them fix it so I just left and the service was slow.Parking: They do have a lot of parkingKid-friendliness: It is kid friendly they have good options for kids to eat

The very first time we went here. We were blown away by the food and the service... However, the second time the pancakes room, tough and rubber like and the blueberries were still frozen in the middle... My wife $,20 rap was little more than a couple of scrambled. Eggs and some reheated sausage. The home fries had been setting for at least a few hours and the bacon was precooked. Will not be going back

Food was delicious. Best Blueberry pancakes I had in a long time. We had a large party of 13 which took a little while to get seated, definitely worth the wait.
