They need to elard how to read tags and stop talking to everyone and goofing off. Won't be back any time soon at all. Management needs to get their team in order.

The cashier could have been a little more friendly and attentive, instead of being short and inattentive. I had to repeat my order. Hopefully it was a one off.

Staff are really busy but 22 minute wait is outrageous and puts me off coming to Starbucks again. Hire more staff or give equal priority to those going in store than just the drive through

Stopped here both mornings as hotel coffee isn’t always the best, both visits through the drive through were good! Friendly, fast and my coffee fix was satisfied both mornings.

If I could give this particular locations zero stars I would. As I walk up and set my items down they turn up the volume on the speakers. Then I walk on the door and they start playing the worst music in the world full blast. I'm sensitive to sound and I especially don't like to be blasted in the ear drum with bad music before I have even had a sip of coffee. I recommend liquid espresso instead of Starbucks any day.

If you’re going to hang up the “tranny“ flag with the American flag, the American flag needs to be properly hung and with respect, which means it should be on the left-hand side when looking at it

The young girl at the window was absolutely the nicest. She asked about our day and recommended going on a whale watch tour while we were in town on vacation. Best advice ever. I wish I could remember her name. Young blonde girl. So nice. Thank you for awesome drinks and great advice with a smile.

Fall drinks are out today and was very disappointed. This location may need more training on how to make the fall drinks. They asked if we wanted it redone, we said yes, & they gave us the same drink. Had the same sticker and writing.
