I'm really not one to do this but this is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to :( We drove from many miles out of the way so I could get a Christmas treat. Ordered a drink and a snowman cookie in the drive thru and when we got our drinks they said "anything else?" I said ohh we ordered and paid for a snowman cookie. The employee said "oh we don't have snowman cookies" and she said that she couldn't refund us. I'm appalled.

This is hands down the best Starbucks I have been too. I love coming here. I am here often and know most of the drive thru people however Araceli’s customer service goes way above and beyond. So many memorable moments. I always leave on a positive note when she’s there. #

Came for the coffee, left with delicious coffee. Wouldn't judge this amazing location based of someone not smiling at me, the product they make and sell is on point. That's what's important. Definitely would come again.
It's Starbucks so you know what you're getting. The Lincoln City team is always nice and super fast.
