We spend an average of $300+ per week at Safeway in Lincoln City. We have been shopping there weekly for the past twelve years. I am extremely tired of being screwed by the packaged meats in the butcher department. Last Thursday was the worst. We purchased two Signature Flat Corned Beef Briskets. My husband prepared one today which was $29.00. Half of the brisket was fat. That fat side was, of course, placed in the package so that it was not viewable.
