This subway is almost never stocked with anything, the toaster is broken fairly often, the place is under staffed- the staffing they DO have is pretty lazy, rude, and cannot effectively listen to the order being placed often leading to wrong ingredients being put onto the sandwiches which can be frustrating. They try to refer you to go to the other location, but surprise surprise… they have all the same problems there too. Don’t waste your time at these locations- the mediocre sandwich you MIGHT have made aren’t worth your time or money.

Pretty sure the girl with blue streaks in her hair purposely messes up online orders because maybe because she doesn't want to do them? That's the only reason I could think of because how could you make a sandwich that bad? Have made two online orders within the past couple weeks and both have been awful. Pathetic amount of meat, extra of the things I said I wanted less of, and leaving out a few ingredients. Was super disappointed.

Never even written a review before but says they’re open until 10 and I’m here at 8, open sign on but nobody inside and doors locked. Only rly mad bc I drove 2 hrs to get here and expected it to be open lol

Extremely slow service and they allegedly refuse cash, which is not legal ("this note is legal tender for all debts public and private").. the lettuce was brown, I would not eat here either

Second time going and still have never eaten there. First time air conditioning was out, and they had giant fans blowing. It was hot and stuffy, so we left. Second time, we were told they had no meat except for turkey. Will not go back.

I bought my husband a BLT. No lettuce, No tomatoes. No mayo. I had a salad with just spin and onion and vinegaritt. I ask the kid where was the manager he gave me more bacon on the sandwich and only charged me for the sandwich that had only meat on it. Not even a lid for my salad and no fork for my salad. Unbelievable. ?

Our family went to this subway because we were very hungry. The man behind the counter was giving the woman in line a hard time with her order because they were out of items. We had already placed an online order and was there to pick it up . The employee refused to make our sandwiches after we spent 40$.He said we are out of these items and I'm not getting them. The guy in the back did prep them the night before. We asked if we could substitute the items fir something else and he said NO! FILE FOR AN ONLINE REFUND!. I have never been to subway that treated it's customers so poorly. Obviously short staffed and a bad owner who runs this store.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at the Subway location in Lincoln City on July 6, 2024. I placed an online order and arrived at the store only to find out that my sandwich hadn't been made. The employee told me they didn't have the necessary ingredients because they hadn't been prepped the night before. To make matters worse, my order was sent to another store, and the employee refused to make me an alternative sandwich, suggesting I either go to the other store or seek a refund online. This lack of preparation and poor customer service is unacceptable, especially when my family and I were left without a meal. To add, I shared this experience on a local Facebook community discussion and found that many others in Lincoln City have faced similar issues with these two Subway locations. This seems to be an ongoing problem that needs urgent attention. I am extremely disappointed and will think twice before visiting this location again.
