So, 6 live clear out in Rose Lodge. It's not like the stores just around the corner It seems like there's always some kind of issue with the store not being opened etc etc, So I made sure to double check online that the store was open. I put my daughter's order in online, paid the bill and headed for town. I drive all the way in there to find out the stores closed! So, I write an email explaining what happened to Subway and ask for my money to be returned. At this point the charge was still pending. There's no reason it should have been put through after they were made aware of the situation! I still hadn't gotten a response to my email by this evening, so I called the store. I'm told by the girl that answered the phone that as much as she'd like to help me, her boss doesn't allow them to issue refunds!
The Best thing I could do to get my money back would be to come in again and reorder the sandwich. To me that's unacceptable! I'd like my $16 dollars back!

Arrived to find only one employee working. She ignored the three customers in line to prepare multiple online orders, instead. If the franchisee policy is to ignore live customers in favor of online customers, then there should be sufficient staff to take care of both kinds of customers. The single employee announced that she would not accept cash for our orders, which seems odd for a business in the US.

Went 11/24/24 around 5pm.
The employee working was amazing! Seemed to be the only ones working at the time but was calm with how busy it was. Was super friendly and welcoming.

They had to replace the stickers (to keep paper around sandwich secured) and they actually took their gloves off, washed their hands, and re-gloved before continuing with the last sandwich of the order.

While making the sandwiches they were doing quality control and double checking the vegetables and pulling any that had any sort of discoloration -even if it technically would've still been good-.

I definitely will be back because of them. Best subway experience I've had in years!

Showed up to order food Oct 30th 11: 45 and the 2 employees working there said they were on break(both outside smoking) that I had to wait. I left immediately . How embarrassing for the franchise owner. If the owner wonders why they are losing money, it is obvious . I hope they read this review. It's no wonder this place has horrible reviews. They both should be fired. What a joke this place is. I can only imagine what their health reviews are. Beware and stay clear of this business, it's horrible. 👎

The first location that i stopped at in Linclon City was closed and had a sign on the door to go to the second location. The restaurant lobby was dirty. They were out of most items that go on their sandwiches. They were understaffed, and the serving station was filthy. I left without ordering.

They straight up stole $50 from me. Placed an order through the app, after two hours called the store to see if it was ready. Called the store TEN TIMES WITH NO ANSWER. Drove by, nobody there. Never a refund, never a call back, nothing. I reached out to support through my bank to dispute the charge and subway told them I just never came to get the food. Absolutely disgusting establishment and I’m not the first person they’ve taken money from.

Very little meat on both of my footlongs I belive I see mold right next to the lettuce on the cooler containers but for 27 dollars I expected a better sandwich, I won't be going back.

The girl behind the counter was so wonderful and helpful. However, poorly run store. No meatballs. No pickles and other items were out. Couldn't use cash, only cards. Poorly run store.

The franchise's in Lincoln City do not accept cash. I also found out that management keeps part of the tips. Both of these are illegal under Oregon law. Typical for this owner and management. Planning on informing the Oregon Attorney General.

Stormy Beautiful Nights

On the way back from the beach going home last night at 9:30, I stopped in to order take out. The guy behind the counter was extremely rude and said "we close in 30 minutes, so you can only get takeout" I said yes its takeout. He left to the back room and never came back out to take my order. So I left. I order slot from this store from doordash. You've lost a local customer. Will never stop in, or order from that store again.
