45 min wait and I was told to be patient there was all new people. The drive-thru was backed up like you wouldn't believe at the lobby was so full of people you could hardly get in it it was absolutely ridiculous.

This is the worst taco bell experience ever. I ordered online and selected the option to pick up in the drive through. I showed up to the store at 8pm and proceeded to wait in the drive through for 30 minutes and not a single car moved. Given that I hadn't arrived at the speaker yet I pulled into a parking spot and went inside to pick up my order. After being ignored for about 20 minutes I was informed that because I selected a drive through pick up that I could not pick up my order in the store, but needed to get back in the drive through line. I demanded my money back but was told that I could not get my money back but would need to get the money back through the app. The app does not have functionality to let you cancel the order. I proceeded to get back in the drive through line and it is now 9:28 pm and I still do not have my order.

I would like the rate the food—but, I couldn’t. I placed an online order, and drove there to sit behind 5 other cars waiting for a team member to respond via drive-thru. They’re either extremely short staffed, or they just don’t care about customer service.

After 10+ minutes of waiting in the drive-thru with no movement…I decided to go to McDonald’s instead. Nobody has time for fast food that isn’t fast.

I DO NOT recommend this restaurant.

Just stood in the dining area for 10+ minutes while all of the workers made eye contact with me without coming to the counter to serve me for an online order, this taco bell is very unprofessional i know they have order kiosks and stuff but you don’t know what a customer can need and doesn’t want to always wait 30 minutes to ask a simple question after putting an online order in, 40 minutes later no update on the app and i haven’t got my food, i’m waiting in the drive through now because i was forced to walk out since this is the only way to get a hold of anyone here, when i say an hour this took longer then sitting down at a real restaurant i really don’t get the point of online anymore when i still need to wait 4x the time of someone going through the drive through ordered it 20 mins before this is literal bullshit taco bell needs to up their game because i’m always waiting an hour just for mediocre food and rude service who knows what these ungrateful workers do to our food.

I would not recommend this place too anyone. The manager does not care about the employees what they do and not taking g there job seriously. Long wait except too wait over 40mins for your order. The employees like too play and talk and not focus on the order.

45 minute wait on Saturday night is way too long. Food was correct and okay, but the wait is unacceptable. Once you get in drive thru, you cannot get out. Hopefully the ownership is monitoring drive thru times to correct this issue. No sense of urgency by staff.

We literally spent 50 minutes waiting in the drive thru. We ordered and paid on the app, so we felt we couldn't leave. There were only 5 cars in line and we were the third, so couldn't even leave! It was ridiculous how long everything took. We heard the driver behind us telling at the order take since he was hemmed in and couldn't leave and it took forever for someone to acknowledge home there to take his order. Very. Bad. Experience.

If I could do ZERO stars I would. I have not received my food yet and I have been waiting for 25 min in the drive thru. The guy behind me asked what's up and the staff say they are short staffed. Tired of hearing the excuses. It's taco bell. Nothing special. Terrible terrible service. Don't come here.
I'm still in line waiting at the window, and it's been 40min. Do not come here.
I got my food. Took 55 min. Don't come here.

I do not usually leave bad or mediocre reciews, but why does it take nearly an hour to get food served when we go inside? Drive through is fast! But beware, if you go inside, expect to wait nearly am hour for your fast food.
