Wow how hard is it to get an order right we have to drive all the way to newport just to get the right order the ppl at lincoln city taco hell are completely useless I only go for convince and they always for get something in the order wow ever is in charge need to be fired the are completely incompetent

We just wanted a couple items, the order taker kept giving alternatives which were included in meal packages. Unfortunately we believed him and it ended up costing twice as much and the only thing different was a couple drinks, which we really didn't want. I always liked Taco Bell, but I'll never go to any taco bell as long as I live.

Every single time my family orders from this location half the order is missing. I always want to give benefit of the doubt knowing they are probably just short staffed, but it’s been sooo consistent that I just don’t understand. Typically even worse via door dash. I would recommend avoiding.

I would consider myself a loyal customer to this Taco Bell franchise. I get it very often, a lot of the time after I get off my shifts. Normally I wouldn’t consider their service or atmosphere very great. They are VERY slow with their orders most of the time. This time, I had been waiting with my friend for a while, 30 minutes at least. They called an order out, but it wasn’t even my name so I stayed sitting. After a little bit I was wondering where this damn order was! I checked the bag that had been sitting there an lo and behold it was my food. Another reason I didn’t think it was my order was because they forgot my damn baja blast. So I said that and they just gave me a cup to fill it up myself. I dislike doing this because their soda machine in the lobby ALWAYS tastes like it has not been cleaned in years lol. I would also like to mention that when we asked them the name on the order, they all just seemed annoyed, mad, and unfriendly….ALSO while we were waiting in the lobby the employees were loudly yelling and joking about inappropriate topics. Ruined my experience honestly. The foods pretty decent tho, other than the fact it was cold because it had been sitting.

This tacobell is really stingy with nacho cheese, as well as straws, and napkins, and other ingredients. I ordered loaded beef nachos, and no joke, they only gave me about a teaspoon of nacho cheese sauce, not much of the other ingredients either. I still had a whole container of chips when all the meat and beans were eaten. It's a shame McDonald's and tacobell are the only things in town that are open late, I'll remember to go grocery shopping next time I'm in town. Also the wait times are really bad, they do one customer at a time, with several employees inside.

They take order by order in the drive thru, they quite literally take an order and hold the entire rest of the line, took 30 minutes for 4 cars to get through. Drive thru get thru time must be 5-10 minutes per car. And dont expect them to get things right either. Its been like this the last few years and ive lived here for a long time and id rather go all the way to newport than come to here. Awful… and i try to find positive in any and everything. But its been this way for way too long long. Deserves to be shut down and turned into a different fast food restaurant tbh. And before under staffing gets mentioned, why keep a business running and open if nobody obviously wants to work there and its not successful.
