I know it is hard to run a business even more so when you don't have employees or employees that want to work. So I completely understand and I could hear what was going on. They were very short-handed the day we went in Lincoln City or It looked to me that they had maybe three employees maximum but I think it was only two. It did take about 30 minutes for better to get our food But there was others around us that had ordered online and was still waiting and had waited longer...
We just wanted a couple items, the order taker kept giving alternatives which were included in meal packages. Unfortunately we believed him and it ended up costing twice as much and the only thing different was a couple drinks, which we really didn't want.

I was there on vacation, when I went inside nobody helped me, I didn't know it was all kiosk computerized so I went to the drive thru and they took forever getting my order, they were all college age and talking to each other rather than paying attention, the food was good though, they gave more ingredients than other taco bells, the only food complaint is the taco shells broke into pieces the moment I picked them up and made it difficult to eat
