Service with a smile, and food I dream about. Literally. I've had dreams about the avgolemono soup, it's THAT good. I got a little tour of the cart and some background on the ingredients. Everything is thoughtfully sourced, and you can taste it in the food-- the olive oil, the feta, the olives, the produce-- all highlighted by the preparation and presentation. Even a simple salad is flavorful and nuanced.

When people rave about how incredible food trucks are, this is the type of place they are talking about!! There is so much love and flavor in every dish. This is legit Greek food, family recipes, on point cooking techniques, and fast and kind service. My personal favorites are the souvlakia/skewers, soup, pita pizzas, calamari, and fries. Honestly I'm still working my way through the menu though and EVERYTHING is my favorite.
