Very bad customer service. No greeting, no smile on the server face. Very rough response when taking orders. Three of us dined in, the orders came out, they did not give us any small dishes for soy sauce. When asked, the server only brought one small container for all three. He threw it down at the table corner and walked away. It was not like they were busy because no one else was there but the three of us. When it was time to pay, to my luck that same person was at the cashier. Did not say "thank you" or offer if I want my receipt. That was my first and will be my last time to go to Tokyroll Sushi at Lincoln City outlets.

But as it stands upon reviewing today it is very nice.I dont like most of the things on the menu but I love the build your own Poke Bowl. So even after having multiple bad experiences here I was informed that they have a new owner and a representative of there’s came and gave me a free toky roll cup and some killer coupons. This made me super happy because I really do love the food here and now they have the friendly staff to match !Update: I would not get the calamari $10 and I’ll post picture. Raman is gooood!

staff was very rude and irritated(cashier more than the man making the food)they made it very obvious that it was a burden for them to help us and wish we didn’t even come in. got seated and had to wait a very long time to be helped (it was just us in the restaurant) staff was busy on their phones. sushi wasn’t bad but unfortunately because of the very poor customer service, we will not be visiting again neither will we recommend this place to others.

My husband and i were in Lincoln City for the afternoon and decided to pop into Tokyroll for a quick bite to eat. The staff were pleasant, helpful and fast. I ordered the lunch combo - a spicy tuna roll and a baked salmon roll. It was supposed to come with miso soup which was forgotten but i didn't mind because the sushi was so good and I got full. My husband ordered vegetable yaki soba noodles and enjoyed it. He also ordered an avocado roll and said it was one of the best he has ever had. Ambiance is ok, bright and a little empty, but comfortable. Overall, glad we came.

I was walking by Tokyroll and turned back to give it a shot about a week ago. I live in Lincoln and was just shopping for wife and didn't know anything about this place . I didn't mind the prices at first glance. We just got the California Rolls to be safe and had it to go.The rolls were a bit bigger than what I've seen in Lincoln. The quality was excellent in my opinion.The packets Wasabi and Ginger to complement the sushi were of high quality as well. The service is staff behind the counter and we had good banter back and forth. It's not a restaurant with a waiter or waitress ...it is what it is.Will go back tonight and order a boatload.

This place is disgusting!! Ordered sushi rolls and poke bowl. Had one bite and threw everything away because it tasted old and rotten. The rice is super dry and the spicy tuna smelled like a dirty sock. We were the only people in the restaurant (should have been a sign) and when it was ready they just yelled for us to come get our food. Why the hell did I tip you when I ordered the food if you aren’t doing ANYTHING for service? Do not waste your money.

Staff incredibly rude, doesn't seem to like his job or people coming to support the business. It is overpriced for the very basic and small amounts of food. If you want sushi go somewhere else,this place has bad energy and for food it's not worth it.
Stopped here because poke sounded yummy after shopping but staff is RUDE. To a point that there is a tone in his voice...when I was just ordering...I would quit my job if I was that miserable and hated people.Poke bowl was BASIC, and looked very weird. I wouldn't have stopped if I would have read reviews beforehand, so beware!!!

Service was shockingly bad. So bad that even though the food was good, I had to give one star. Lincoln city outlet mall, the guy hates his job. He was rude and on his phone ignoring everyone. He was irritated that he had to even take the orders. I asked for his name and he refused to give it. He should not work there bringing reproach on his company.

The vegan pump roll was based on an avocado cucumber roll. You can barely see the avocado ? I actually had to double check to make sure I didn't order the wrong thing.
