Searched for a close place to eat on my phone and this place popped up with a great rating so decided to try even though I don’t normally eat BBQ out cuz it is so messy. So glad I dropped my hang-up and tried it. Food was truly fantastic and worth the mess on the hands. Will definitely stop there again when in the area. I got the brisket, which was great, and my husband asked the girl helping us what she recommended. She told him he should try the pork burnt ends and he loved that. The sides were the coleslaw, mac & cheese, and corn salad. All the sides were also really good! They deserve their great rating!!
The absolute best bbq food I’ve ever had!! I am so picky about my pulled pork & I am NEVER disappointed when I get it! The portions, the flavor, the service, all of it is amazing I 100% recommend smoke theory bbq to anyone and everyone that’s looking for some good bbq.

I'm from Central Texas originally, this bbq compares to home. We stopped on the way back home(now sunriver) from Silver Falls. The Flavor is excellent, very tender meat, not sloppy with sauce. I'm always skeptical about bbq when I'm not back in TX, but I am glad we tried this spot. They really need to get some fresh brewed sweet tea, this should be a requirement for any bbq spot, at a minimum stay stocked up with drinks.
We will stop again.
