Excellent bbq! I had the brisket which was smoky tender delicious, the Mac and cheese (one of the best) and coleslaw (zingy and fresh). Friendly people and some picnic tables to sit at (in the middle of the group of food trucks). So happy we made this stop on our travels through the area.

Super delicious BBQ! The pork burnt ends are pork pillow heaven! So yummy! The brisket was juicy, tender good!! BBQ sauce on point. Don't pass this place up! Kyle is a barbeque master! He even gave us a taste of his chicken chili, which was very flavorful! Great service, great food at a great price! Smoke Theory BBQ gets the win for me!

Sorry Salem, you need to take a trip down 22 to Smoke Theory BBQ if you want the best you can buy!! Say hi to Kyle, the owner, and his helper Kylee. Kyle's pork belly burnt ends (bbq marshmallows) are mind-blowing! As well as his tender, juicy, mind-bending smoked brisket! Then he graciously gave my wife and I samples of his chicken chili, and you guessed it, freakin amazing, like nothing I've ever had. Make the drive, and you will not regret it. ?
The guy at the front was super friendly. Plus that brisket was off the hook. Nice place along side the road to stop and grab lunch if I’m working out of town.

Our little family stopped for a road trip lunch today after doing a search and seeing the Smoke Theory BBQ food photos. It was an amazing find and will be hard to top for the rest of our trip. My daughter and I had the brisket plate and my husband had the pulled pork. We’re all BBQ foodies so a bit hard to please but Smoke Theory BBQ more than pleased us all. My daughter said it was one of the best lunches she’s ever had in her life. The brisket had a great smoky flavor with the perfect melt in your mouth bark. We found a little bit of meat heaven on OR-22. It was a great experience and highly recommend stopping for a tasty meal - it’s worth the trip!
