I absolutely loved the design of this café — it has such a unique vibe that makes you feel like you’ve stepped into a completely different world. They also sell a wide range of creative and one-of-a-kind gift items that add to the charm.

They offer plenty of sugar-free syrup options, which I really appreciated. I tried the Coconut flavor for the first time and it was delicious! We also had two desserts two with pecans and a classic brownie. Both were incredibly tasty; the flavors truly lingered on the palate.

This is definitely a must-visit spot if you’re in Rona! On top of all that, the owner is the sweetest, super friendly and chatty we honestly didn’t want the conversation to end. We even tried the soup, and wow… it was absolutely amazing!

This place is so nice to stop in and have a bite to eat and feel welcome, peaceful and being able to stop, slowdown and enjoy for a moment a bite to eat. Food tasted so good and wish more places took this man's philosophy!

Parking: First time there at Aphabit, parking was out front and free.

This funky restaurant and gift shop has made a comeback. Sit by the wood fire for the best chowder anywhere in Oregon. If there is no pie, check our other treats. A good stop on the way to the coast.

Ended up here by chance after the place we wanted to eat lunch at was closed. We were warmly welcomed by the owner, John, and given a sample tasting of his savory clam chowder. We immediately ordered three bowls. The grilled sandwiches were fresh and delicious. Love the charm of the store with various treasures to be found, and John was a true gentleman and a generous host. Definitely recommend those who are traveling to and/or from the coast to stop by Alphabit for a cup of chowder and conversation... At the very least.

They have the best potato salad around! Tastes just like Nana made it! The clam chowder is killer too. Actually, let's be honest, all the food here is delicious. And the owner is so friendly and kind. They also have the cutest little oddities for sale! Stopping in for a quick bite of simple and great food is an absolute MUST when traveling through. Don't forget a cupcake or a cookie for a sweet treat!
