I have been going to the Polarbear for over 20 years. Have always had good experiences and wonderful food. Today was not one of those days. I show up for lunch to pickup a call in order. After she takes my card for payment, she tells me that the ice cream machine is being cleaned and I cannot have my malt I ordered. Really? Who cleans the shake machine during lunch rush??? Then I get my shrimp basket and ask for cocktail sauce, and low and behold they are out of that too! Needless...read full review
Horrible service. Food could be alot better....we dont have many choices in this town. So step it up
Granted it was the fourth but after waiting in the drive thru for thirty minutes we were told anything but a beverage would be an additional twenty to twenty five minutes! For a corn dog and fries! Ended up getting corn dogs at the gas station across the street.
