This place makes great food! We love their Tots! And the fish burger is terrific. Friendly people, great service, fair prices and portions. They have a drive through window, or walk up to order at the window, and they do have a cozy indoor deli style seating area. We love this place! Definitely worth a try.

went to try this place I heard alota good things about and was not disappointed the food was very good me and my boyfriend both had a cheeseburger and a shake was excellent. Also great service friendly girls working. I did order the jalapeno poppers as well and was not very pleased with those only thing I would suggest to upgrade in quality.

If I'm ever in merril I love stopping here. Really good food at a fair price. Milkshakes are the bombdigity and big. Love the mushroom Swiss burger with bacon and fries. Fries are on the small side so I always have to order the large.

Tonight was the best service and food ive ever had, girls working were amazing and very helpful.
So first off, our order took around 40 minutes, and not only was our order messed up. One of the four ladies was laughing as we said this. The girl grilling was smacking another girls butt. She did this several times and none of them had gloves on That is disgusting . Also one was pretty much glued to her phone. Now the messed up order, we got someone else’s food and on top of that didn’t even receive all of our food the first time. They missed two drinks, messed up both milkshakes, gave us the wrong fries. Lastly they gave us the wrong ice cream. Overall no respect, or even decency for handling someone’s food. Lack of good service and most likely bad management. Also there were flies everywhere on the tables. Lastly, they seemed irritated that they messed up our order, because we asked if they could fix the mistake they made.

I grew up around here so I’ve had a lot of experience with polar bear. It’s touch and go but today was hands down the worst experience so far. We showed up and stood at the window waiting to have our order taken, there was a guy in front of us who had already been waiting a while too. Multiple cars came through the drive through and left and still nobody came to the window. More cars came into the drive through and they even sent someone out to take those orders still without taking our orders at the window. Waited 30 minutes for our order just to be taken. All we ordered was ice cream. Many people who ordered after us got their food and ice cream and were done eating before we even got our order and even then we only got half of it and it was wrong. So at this point we’ve been here over an hour. Witness them giving wrong orders to people and then taking them back and giving them to the right people after them having been touched by the wrong people. Everyone’s orders were wrong. Patrons switching foods with other patrons. Just outrageous. Literally were there from 5:40pm- 7:05pm waiting for our order. Honestly just thought about asking for a refund but promised my kids ice cream.
