I ordered the western burger, curly fries, and a white chocolate caramel malted shake, and all were excellent. The burger was big, fat, and juicy, with crispy bacon and a large onion ring, with the perfect amount of sauce and cheese. The fries were hot and fresh, obviously made with fresh oil, and light on seasoning (which is great for me, but you may need to ask for salt if you like them saltier), while the shake was just the right thickness.
The two employees were quick and very friendly. The building itself has probably seen better days, but it's perfect for a little burger and shake joint, reminiscent of the 80s.
This seems like it'd be a perfect place to go if you're doing the Volcanic Legacy Scenic Byway journey, stopping in between Lava Beds and Crater Lake!
Kid-friendliness: It's the perfect place to bring kids for a shake!

It takes a while to get your food but it's getting made fresh and definitely worth the wait.

Didn't go there
Fries are always made fresh and so delicious ? their ice cream cones are the best around Klamath Falls. We make the drive because it's worth it. Their crew depends on the time you go are friendly but last time the girl was snippy.
Parking: If it's a packed day you have to park on the street.

Gal was nice. Order was up quick. I had a ham sammich and it was really good. Lots of smoky ham pilled high on thick white bread. Also french fries are made of fresh tatoes and they had a really nice seasoning on them. Husband had a bacon cheese burger he gave it 2 thumbs up. It didn't feel overly processed like your typical chain restaurant board of boring fare. Nice mom and pop in a nice small town.

Great food and excellent customer service. I would definitely stop here again if I drive back through this area. The prices were reasonable too. Default recommend this place.

Terrible service. I waited over 45 minutes for a dipped cone with nuts. My husband's shake came out 15 minutes before my mine. I am all for being patient, but when my cone was ready to pick up without nuts, the lady at the window gave me a cup of them to.....I don't know, to dumb on top? So confused. The service was not friendly or apologetic.

Got there at 11:15, according to Google, they open at 10am. Girl working told us she just turned on the grill so it'd be "a while" before she could cook anything. I pressed what "a while" meant and she said at least 30 minutes. General attitude we got was "go away", so we did... won't return.

Maybe we hit it on a bad day, but our two burger orders took over 45 minutes, what they did to my chicken burger should be illegal (looked like they left it in the deep frier for 30 minutes), and the tater tots were greasy and cold.
Never again and do not recommend.
