We stop here whenever we can. I have been getting ice cream from Polar Bear since I was a very little kid and I love it. They have some of the very best chocolate ice cream I have ever had. Really love the twisted ice cream cones.

I had not been to this place since I was child. It was nice to be able to bring my children here after so many years. The food here is great and tastes like home cooking. I would recommend this place to any one that is not in a hurry. The wait time is a little long but it is well worth the wait. The food is fresh and delish. There is a grass area that my children loved to play in and stretch their legs as we were on a long trip. There are also public restrooms and picnic tables. As we were traveling we waited till we got here to eat instead of stopping anywhere else. It is worth the drive and the wait the portion sizes are good it will fill you up!
I have been going to the Polarbear for over 20 years. Have always had good experiences and wonderful food. Today was not one of those days. I show up for lunch to pickup a call in order. After she takes my card for payment, she tells me that the ice cream machine is being cleaned and I cannot have my malt I ordered. Really? Who cleans the shake machine during lunch rush??? Then I get my shrimp basket and ask for cocktail sauce, and low and behold they are out of that too! Needless to say I was anticipating the malt and have you ever eaten shrimp with no cocktail sauce?? Extremely disappointed in there management! Please get it together or I will never eat there again. Seriously disapointed.

My family and I where traveling to navada to see my mom and dad for Xmas. Before we left canby OR for are trip we wanted to find places for lunch right on the main road we where going to be on. My husband found this place and we picked it. We where a little sad we could not eat in the dinner. I belive they where remodeling it that ok. So we ordered are food at the window and sat in are truck and had are food. It was amazing my mushroom burger looked like a picture. My husband is big on bacon cheese burger fan and he was amazed on how good it was. He said this food made up for having to wake up at 3am to start are trip. Thank you so much for having amazing food. Oh and the onion rings where perfect.
