This place absolutely sucks now. Tried giving them one more chance don't bother getting a specific order they will get it all wrong and charge you for the additions anyway. This was for real the last time never coming here again. They used to have good service and good drinks but now it's just terrible. Almost all the new people they hired don't seem to give af about their job. Terrible.

This is the worst Blackrock to pick up orders from, there is no pick up window, so even if you've placed an order well ahead of time, you will still have to get behind the line and wait.

Very friendly staff... too many to list, but ALL of them are great, amazing, and wonderful! Especially the manager, Maddie! Smiles and coffee make for a good way to start your day off, and they provide both! ????

Always a pleasant experience at this Blackrock location! The nicest baristas work here! Also, a smooth flow for the drive-thru windows!

Terribly understaffed, takes forever.

I have been to this BR many times and even though it is busy, it moves pretty quickly. Today, we chose the shorter lane, but once we were blocked in, we noticed a BR employee was taking orders in the other lane. We watched at least 15 cars move through the line before we moved forward with only 4 cars in front of us. What a poor order method having only one side getting to place orders. Very frustrating and our wait was over 25 minutes. If we could, we would have left but we're blocked in.

Also, during the wait, we watched, what I would assume is an employee, use the back door and leave 2 minutes later with their own drinks while the lines continued to grow.

The new mobile app is great! There have been a few glitches here and there, but it’s new. It would be awesome if there was a way to walk up to pick up mobile orders so that I didn’t add to the line of people waiting. Service is always super friendly and coffee is always great ?

love this place. as a recent transplant to the pnw from southern ca, it's so nice to have other choices besides that mediocre "green straw place" that's on every single corner. ?‍♂️
